Sirell is wonderful! I had my first acne facial with her about a week ago and we discovered I was allergic to salicylic acid. The allergic reaction caused me to break out with a rash on my face (yikes!) I texted her the next day and she was sooooo oo oo sweet and sympathetic to my situation. She had me come in and she used the high frequency on my face so that the allergy cleared up faster. She also gave me some free samples of cleansers without salicylic acid. She REALLY cares!!! To add… she is funny, she has a cute doggy, she goes above and beyond to provide upmost care, and she has these awesome hand mitts that warm up your hands while you get a facial… relaxing! Don’t bother looking up any other facial locations in the area… Sirell is the best!

Sirrell is fantastic! She customizes my facial every time I go depending on my skin needs, and spends time ensuring all my skin needs are met. She is great with extractions and treatments, and my skin is glowing for days after every facial I’ve had (I’ve even had multiple people comment on my skin!). I found my favorite facial in the South Bay! Thanks Sirrell!

I definitely enjoyed my facial experience with Sirelle! She was awesome, knowledgable, experienced, and a cool person to chat with. Although I need more treatments I can see a difference in my skin. I’ll be back! :)

So I went to see Sirrell yesterday using my almost expired Groupon. Aside from the crazy parking situation, the entire place was impressive, her spa room was cozy and I was comfortable. I opted to upgrade my facial to have more extractions and I am so glad I did. She took her time to study and worked on my face, which was by the way, in need of a major TLC and more. Her complimentary massage was to die for (too bad she doesn’t do just massage)! Lastly, she was so easy to talk to, her honesty, knowledge and candidness deserved her a 5 star! I peeked at the mirror after the facial, and WOW — my face looked clean and clear! Thank you Sirrell for your service and kindness…

Sirrell is so kind and gentle! She takes time before the facial to get to know you, your routines and habits, and what you are looking to get from the facial. She makes recommendations for you, and she talks you through everything she is doing. Her room is super relaxing and comfortable too. I am definitely going back!

Sirrell is awesome! I came here for waxing. She’s friendly and fun to talk to. She walks you through everything and makes sure that you feel comfortable. Convenient location right off PCH with free parking. Can’t wait to come back for a facial.

Sirrell is the best! Initially, I bought a groupon for a facial and loved it. Now I’m seeing her for my eyebrows as well. She is very precise and listens to your concerns, which is so important! I’m super particular about my eyebrows and she did an amazing job. Highly recommend!

I have bought multiple facial packages on groupon but was never fully satisfied until I had a visit with Sirrell. I bought a generic facial but when I get to her office she recommended something more suitable to my needs, since my face had been breaking out and needed extra attention. Not only was she so helpful in giving my skin the care it needed, but she also was so informative about the products she used and what I could do to improve my skin. I found Sirrell from groupon and decided to give her a try and let me tell you it was worth it! My face was definitely in some need of therapy I have been breaking out like no other and I can already see a big difference after my facial. She is very warm and welcoming as well as very thorough with the facials and explaining the products that she uses. She took her time and didn’t rush some times I feel when you get a groupon they are not as thorough but Sirrell definitely was! She was also genuinely interested about me and my life which is always nice. I love the products she uses and she wasn’t trying to sell me everything just gave me options of what she thought was best for my skin. I ended up buying this face wash that smells like candy I can’t wait to use it! I love that her prices are very fair unlike most places they jack up the prices on everything. I have already made my next appointment to go back to see her. If you are looking for a miracle worker then Sirrell is definitely the person to go see.

I had a groupon and decided to give Hello Beautiful Skin a try. I’ve had a few facials before at high end salons, so I really didn’t have super high expectations. The salon is very clean and inviting. Sirelle was very thorough in explaining what products she will use. I laid down and had an amazing time. I didn’t want it to end!!! Afterward, my skin looked so clear, I couldn’t believe it. My mother noticed the transformation and she asked me to book an appointment for her! I highly recommend Sirelle!

Found this place a few months ago and happy I did. My skin was horrible due to pregnancy hormones and Sirrell took good care of me. She made sure to use products that were safe for pregnancy and helped clear up the acne. She is always warm and welcoming and devotes time to each client. My skin is 10 times better than it was a few months ago and I’m so thankful for Sirrell!

I have been coming here for facials and waxing for several years. I even had her do my permanent eyebrows recently, and the compliments are still coming in. No one quite knows why I look so good these days, and that’s the way its supposed to go, right?

I have been going here for 5 years now! I’m really picky about how my eyebrows are done and what type of wax is used on me since I have sensitive skin. Sirrel has never let me down and my eyebrows always look amazing after I leave her shop. She knows what wax works great for my skin and is always open to trying something new if she finds a better wax. I must say the bikini waxes are painless here! She’s so good at making sure you’re comfortable when getting anything done. I decided to write another review because she recently started filling my eyebrows in and teaching me how to fill them in. I am not a big make up person and hardly wear any most of the time. She helped me look and feel great on my graduation day. She did my eyebrows, foundation, and even put blush on me! She is THE best! I highly recommend her!!!

Sirrell is an excellent esthetician! Her facials are so relaxing and my face always looks so good after. I also get full waxing done and I do mean Full! And she has a great technique that keeps it painless. I love the products she carries but most of all she is a gem. She is very sweet with great customer service. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

A most pleasant experience, easy to find and park. Hello Beautifull skin, was formerly, Sirelles expressions and is very in tune with the patron’s needs.
I was able to upgrade from my groupon and enjoyed the services I received My. skin was very tingly and bright when I left. My body was relaxed tension free. A very lovely lady with lots of skin care knowledge and experience.

I purchased a groupon and scheduled the facial. I arrived 10 minutes early to park and figure out where her shop was located since I’m unfamiliar with that area.
I had the facial and an eyebrow wax. Total time was about an hour and 20 minutes which is what I expected
The facial came out great. My skin looked good that day, the next day, and this week. I was very clear in explaining my skin type. dry skin sensitive to chemicals.
The extractions did not leave any marks or scarring.
I have another apt scheduled in a couple months. She takes credit card.
She also has a cute doggy hanging out by the door!

I had purchased a Groupon for a microdermabrasion. I have been battling acne/​acne scars ever since my college years, and although these treatments can become very expensive, it is well worth every penny. I mean, we easily rack up hundreds of dollars on acne products that never work, so why not save that money for something that actually does!
Sirrell is awesome, and I have already received a microdermabrasion, and facial from her in a time span of a week, and I can tell you that my face feels fresh, glow-​y, and wonderful. Now, my acne scars have not cleared up, but just from these two treatments, I have definitely noticed a difference, and so has others. Before, I was so embarrassed to walk out the door without any makeup, but now I can freely let my face breathe, and not feel so discouraged when talking to people, only thinking they are staring at my imperfections.
For both treatments, Sirrell has been nothing but helpful, sweet, and AMAZING! She knows what she is doing, and I love that despite that I ask millions of questions during the treatment, she is more than happy to tell, and repeat to you what is going on. She always makes sure that the treatment isn’t too harmful for you, and she gives very nice massages. Now, the extraction part of the facial was a bit painful as I had oily skin, and had many bacteria/​infections that needed to be extracted… but endure the pain, and you’ll be happy more than happy with the results! No one said that getting rid of your acne would be easy and pain free!
As a first time customer, it MAY seem like she’s continually encouraging you to buy several products, but she does it, because her products work! I’ve bought two products from her so far, and they won’t be my last. I’ve purchased the iso spray, which I believe everyone should have, and a facial moisturizer with spf. Her products REALLY work, and she knows which ones are best for you! She truly truly wants to see progress from you, and she knows what she’s doing. With a groupon, I thought I would never see her again, because it can be expensive, but with the results I saw within a couple a days, I was back for a facial, and more than happy with the treatment!
As someone who has had crazy, bad acne for 4+ years, you need to give Sirrell a chance! You won’t be disappointed!

Sirrell was friendly when I booked her on the phone. Although I had to call a few times to get a hold of her but understand that she can’t pick up while with someone. I went early because it was around Christmas time so it was hard to find parking. There is a parking lot but she mentioned on the phone that it fills up. When I walked in her dog greeted me and she was with another customer so I waited. Sirrell was professional and you could tell she is passionate about skin. She recommended that I buy a face cleanser but I told her that I was on a budget & gave me a free sample :) If I still lived around there I would definitely go again.
