Super speedy when I came in with a need to package and ship something. The gent who helped me was quick and efficient and while not cheap, he did exactly what needed to be done promptly and I was on my way.

This store is worst
I went for DHL Envelope shipping international with my account number
The unprofessional unethical behavior of staff
They were very rude
They did ask for my driving license copy to keep with them
DHL drop off they don’t want to accept because its shipping with customer’s own account number & they won’t get any penny out of it
But Remind you people its DHL drop off not your own ok & behave properly with customers or will make a complaint with DHL about you guys.
Don’t ever go to them.

I’ve been using a UPS store in a neighboring city for a long time. They always charge me a certain amount for when I buy 1000 copies. This store said they could not honor that price. I was surprised since it’s not like the first store was giving me some massive discount. It was just a slight discount because I had been going there for a long time. I guess loyalty doesn’t exist beyond the individual UPS store. In fact, this UPS Store in Herndon was pretty rude when I asked why they can’t honor the price that the other store had been giving me for so long.
So I’ve been driving a longer distance just to continue to go to that first UPS store.

Thank you tall Asian looking guy and dexter. I walked in with a bit of anxiety because I had to prepare a few docs to submit to my university. These two were so nice and very efficient. They helped me print, fax, and stamp a notary too! If I ever need anything I will be returning to this location only! Thanks guys!!!

Amazingly helpful staff!
Moving cross-​country and needed to ship a ton of clothes. We just brought the clothes in to the store in suitcases and bags — Dexter and Cody did all the rest. They packed them into the most cost-​effective set of boxes for us, and we were out in a jiffy.
If you have any shipping needs, come here!

The charming staff always remember my name, pack my baubles and gifts with care, and suggest the best deal to accomplish what I need. I am devoted to this team of efficient and personable professionals!

I went in here to ship my brother’s Nintendo Wii a couple of months ago. Friendly folks and a clean little store. I noticed that there were plenty of attendants — two who came out at the same time to take care of me at the front counter. Definitely a step up from Kinko’s AKA «Popcopy» who can’t seem to get their crap together unless it’s to make a personal call on the cell phone.
They also have a small section of mailboxes that allows for after hours service if you desire — I don’t think I have anything to hide from the wife… yet so I’ll have to skip that part for now. Otherwise, not a bad place and it will be my new spot of choice for shipping and packing services.
