DO NOT USE LTD!
I too have used LTD in the past:
May 2008-​Graduation
December 2008−23^rd Birthday
December 2009−24^th Birthday
So for the price, (cheaper than all the places I contacted), my 2008 events turned out just fine.
HOWEVER, last year, in December of 2009, I celebrated my 24^th birthday and booked the white stretch hummer from SJ to SF. It was a rainy afternoon/​night and upon entering the limo, there was water dripping through the emergency exit!!! There were towels around the inside soaking up the water so apparently they were well aware of this. As we drove off on this rainy night, water started to pour in from the emergency window. It was awful. This hummer was an 18 – 20 passenger and luckily there were only 17 of us, so there was room to sort of avoid the water. And to make matters worse, a speaker was blown out so the sound system did not sound great at all! Despite the limo disappointment we still had a great night but this was EXTREMELY disappointing and could almost ruin someone’s special evening. Luckily the club we went to made up for it!
The quoted price was SUPPOSED to include taxes and gratuity, but the driver insisted that we «take care of him», so we had to pay him extra. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER USING LTD!!! Not only was the driver sketchy, but the Hummer leaked water from the ceiling and the sound system was AWFUL!!!
This year I booked COURTESY LIMO out of SJ and service was great, the limo was spotless and the sound system was awesome!
