What’d You Break?

I always try to do business where I live. I needed a cell phone and two tablets repaired, so I went there.
The owner was very helpful. He diagnosed the issues and was upfront whether they were worth fixing. The repairs that were done were perfect. Highly recommend this fix it shop.

Why anyone would goto the place at Del Monte Center to fix their IPhone is beyond me.
Not only is this place cheaper, but faster and more welcoming.
Got my screen replaced a couple months back for 125 $(iPhone 6) the place in Del Monte is like 180?!
And right now I just got my battery replaced for 35 $
I mean if I need anything fixed on my phone I come here
And I never regret it!!!

I got my daughters I phone 4s fixed today, the job on it was the best recommend this place to everybody.

Hands down best repair place ever. Nicest people ever and such fast service. I bricked my phone today like an idiot and josh took the time out of his busy day, stopped what he was doing to fix my phone. :)

Can I give him more stars? My work laptop screen broke on Sunday night. I started researching how to fix it. I also left a message for Josh. He was closed Sunday and Monday. I removed the screen and started to order a replacement on Monday morning. Its between Christmas and New Year’s so I am thinking I can’t get any help. Even via Amazon, I couldn’t get a new screen until January 4 and I am a Prime member.
But, Josh came to the rescue. On Monday afternoon he called me back. He happened to check his messages and heard mine. He waited for me to bring my laptop in. I showed up and he quoted me an hour. Less than an hour later, I had a working laptop.
As a small business owner, I pride myself on customer service. Josh blew away my expectations. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He is the gold standard for computer repair. I hope I never need him again, but if I do, I feel relief knowing that Josh is there.
If you need any electronics repaired, give him a call. Great guy, great service.

I use my iPhone 6 for work and I accidentally shattered my screen. Glass all cracked, shards sticking out, chunks missing, the whole 9 yards. So I brought it in and had it replaced in literally 15 minutes and it was like getting a brand new phone. I’ll definitely be coming here any time I need anything repaired from now on! Josh saved me! I am a full time student and snapped the hinge on my laptop. I couldn’t close it and it kept randomly going into sleep mode. He had it fixed in a matter of hours, just like new. I will be going to him if I need help again and would comfortably send anyone I know here as well.

I purchased a media center streamer, I was referred to Josh when it comes to help he’s top notch I was having an issue he came to my residence I have never had that kind of service very knowledgable would recommend.

We just took over a new business. Our laptop had all of our important documents and accounting. My husband spilled a whole cup off coffee right on our laptop. great place had a broken screen and they replaced in quick when explained only had 30min for lunch and had to get back so he rushed it and went in and out under 20 min at a great cost

Josh is awesome! We have taken laptops, desktops, phones and even our printer to him. He saves us every time! He is fair and efficient and always fast! We totally trust him with all of our devices.

He sold my I phone 4 and bought parts to my lap top it was very quick and easy even helped me sell the battery to my computer on eBay because he didn’t need that part.

I can’t say enough good things about What’d You Break. My daughter dropped my laptop which shattered the screen and messed up the hard drive to were it wouldn’t boot up. Before it was dropped, I had just cleared up my iPhone by putting all my photos and videos on the laptop. My wife also had 300GB of medical research on it. I turned to Unilocal to find a good data recovery place. What’d You Break was pretty much my only option in the area beside the Geek Squad at Bestbuy (those guys screwed me in the past). Josh quoted me $ 100 for the data recovery. It took him about two weeks to get all my data onto an external hard drive because the hard drive on the laptop was really corrupted from the impact. Even though it took him a lot longer to do the job than he originally thought, he still only asked for $ 100! I thought he was going to ask for more since the job was a lot bigger than he originally thought. Nope! Josh stood by his original quote. After all was said an done, he offered to fix the laptop. He ended up doing that too for a great price too! Josh is a great technician and knows how to treat his customers. I’d give more stars if I could. Thanks Josh!

WOW. This guy is amazing! Long story short, I shattered my screen, and it was really bad. I called today, and he told me to bring my phone by TODAY! When I went in, I did not get any sort of feeling that my trusted phone was in bad hands. Josh took it and reassured me it would be done in 45 minutes, and guess what… IT WAS. I can see my screen again, and this guy did it in less time and for a better price than the other screen repair people in the area! If I ever have a broken screen again (which I hope for my sake I don’t) I will be going back!

I took my shattered screen iPhone here with very little hope that it would ever be in working condition again… within 45 min Josh had my phone looking like it was brand new. I also requested a battery change, which he did, since the old battery was down to only a 30 min standby time. The quality, fast work that was done along with the friendly customer service and VERY affordable price is awesome!!! I highly recommend anyone looking for computer/​phone/​gaming system repairs to give them a call or go check them out. This fix just saved my pocket book hundreds of dollars, and I have a brand new looking phone in hand again.
