Jamba Juice

This is the worst Jamba Juice on the planet. I was the only ordering customer in the store & my small bowl took 15 minutes. The lady that ordered after me, (about 10 minutes after) got her drink before I did. That’s fine & all, but they got her order wrong… So there I was, just waiting… While it took 4 people to figure out her wrong order. One of those 4 people could’ve easily told me that my bowl was ready. All I really had to do was go up & grab it. But no… That would’ve been too easy.

Seriously I don’t understand what is going on with Jamba Juice! Went to this Ward location for one it was not that busy there were three people waiting and yet there was people waiting forever for their orders. Mine didn’t take too long but I ordered a bagel and they didn’t even tell me they ran out of cream cheese, why the heck would I want a bagel without cream cheese. At least tell someone before they order and pay for something that is useless to eat!!! So annoying I knew I should have just gone to the Starbucks next door never seen a Jamba so disorganized!!!

Not a pleasant place to sit down and refresh :/​it was probably the worst Jamba Juice as far as cleanliness go!

Jamba Juice is located next door to Starbucks in the same building as Wahoos and Oceanic Time Warner Cable. It’s right across the street from Ward Warehouse and within walking distance to Sports Authority in Kaka’ako.
The few times that I have step foot into Jamba Juice was to get a nice cold smoothie. My most recent visit I was greeted right away by one of the female employees. She then ended up talking to her co-​worker for a few minutes until I was ready to place my order. I had used a gift card to pay for my drink. Cash and credit cards are alternative ways to pay for any purchases.
Sometimes this establishment tends to get dirty. Napkins on the floor or newspapers on the tables. At one point the air conditioner was down and there was a big portable air conditioner in the establishment to help cool down the customers.
Customers are able to enjoy their drinks, breakfast food items, or even acai bowls at the tables in the establishment, the counter seating facing the window, or use the outside seating area.
Whenever I am in the vicinity I would choose a nice cold smoothie from Jamba Juice over the coffee or tea from Starbucks.

This place is the worst of all Jamba Juice locations, I recently went to purchase 2 Acai Bowls and was told the price was $ 18.95!!! WTF, on top of that it was the 16oz. size bowls. I asked the girl about the price and she said that the prices went up NO SHIT!
After she informed me about the price I told her that I didn’t want the bowls, I also told her to check the price of the 160z. bowls, all she said was «That’s the way it is»! I left without the bowls and hungry, these guys should be ashamed of themselves for theses prices and hiring these types of employees.
This morning I gave Jamba Juice another try only this time I went to the Kam Shopping Center location, I was treated with total professionalism and the 160z. bowl was huge, don’t know what the Ward location is doing but they are not on the same page as the other locations. Just letting everyone know about the price difference at the Ward store. BE AWARE!

The customer service from here is top notch! Elise was my favorite so far. She was very friendly and talkative and really seemed to enjoy her life. I was also very excited to see that they started serving coffee! Yum yum yum!

So this morning at 12:30pm my boyfriend had his usual White Gummy Bear before heading out riding with his friends on their bikes. After finishing up his drink and heads up to Tantalus and he throws up, gets dizzy and has the shakes. It got so bad he that he had one of his friends ride his bike home and he jumped into their car. Once he got home it was an NEVER ending throw up session and he could not leave the bathroom for hours! Full on dripping with sweat and with stomach pains. It is now 11pm and he is still not OKAY! Btw I called 4 times at 2:53pm, 2:54pm, 3:51pm and 5:13pm and all I got was RING RING, RING, RING, RING and the disconnected sound each time!!!

Pricing issue — went here around 8pm yesterday; employees were in a non-​engaging mood; not the usual good service I see on past trips. I used a coupon for a free small smoothie; asked to upgrade to the next size; was charged 90 cents + tax for it, when the price board says it only costs 50 cents more. Minor price issue, but I do get a bit peeved when the price advertised says one thing & you get charged a different price. The guy’s initial response was that the board was wrong. I questioned him, so the whole board pricing is off? He couldn’t give a valid response & just shrugged his shoulder. C’mon Jamba, you can do better than that !

Ordered an acai super antioxidant. Line was backing up but second person made smoothies and jumped on the second reg to bring the line down. Order was made quick and drink was on point. Great service. Will be back for sure.

Located at the corner of Ward Avenue and Auahi Street in the Wahoo Taco Building. There is lots of parking available, though it is a busy parking lot.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

They won’t let paying customers use their restroom… which is odd. Otherwise it’s just another Jamba Juice.

I’ve been on a buy one, get one free spree lately with all of the offers that I keep getting! First, I get a birthday email letting me know that a smoothie is on them. Then, I get an email saying that for they next three days they have all the buy one get one frees that I want. Next, I get an email from Jamba Juice letting me know my next smoothie is $ 3 off. Finally, my classmate gives me a Jamba Juice card for secret Santa that gives me one free small smoothie and four buy one, get one frees! I’m in BOGO wonderland!
I still have a bit of BOGOs to get through so I will be going to Jamba Juice a bunch in the coming days. It’s great for bulking! I’m trying to put on some mass so it sure helps a lot!
This Jamba Juice is really convenient because in the mornings it’s away from a lot of the morning rush hour traffic. The workers are friendly, fast, and make well-​made smoothies. Parking has been really easy with lots of stalls open right in front.

Friendly staff even with a high turnover. Fast service. Lots of parking. Typically clean shop.

Thirsty and craving for a fresh green juice. Ordered the kale orange 16oz juice from Jamba Juice ($ 5.19 +0.25 for a vitamin Booster), it was so fresh and thirst crunching that my body was revitalized on a hot & humid 91 Fahrenheit day.
Juice came out quickly. Everything is freshly made when you order. There were lots of people. Every table inside the store was taken. There are 2 – 3 table outside as well. Parking was good.

Worst visit ever.
Jayme was unfriendly and in no mood to explain the menu or pricing.
Ordered 2 smoothies, extra thick. What I got was the opposite, plus one was significantly less.
What a disappointment. This used to be such a nice place to visit.

This Jamba Juice is conveniently located in the Ward Entertainment Complex close to Sports Authority. There is ample parking and there is a Starbucks right next door.
From time to time Jamba Juice offer great promotions. Their most recent promotion was there an insider only colada fruit refresher pre-​launch party at Jamba Juice Hawaii. They were introducing there Lime colada, tropical colada, and regular piña colada. There was a radio DJ, Jambo swag like a carry bag, sunglasses and tumbler and coupons for free smoothies.
There were about 50 people in attendance for this event so I recommend that you sign up on their Jumba Hawaii website and you may just be lucky enough to be invited to their next party for free smoothies and Jamba swag.

I had their Green smoothie and Dragon Fruits Pitaya smoothie. They both looks pretty. Tasted good, not great.
NOTE: Don’t be surprised to see pink poo the following day after Dragon Smoothie.
NOTE: I will go to Blue Tree Café for Green smoothie, and Andy’s Sandwiches for Pitaya smoothie.

My bf and I couldn’t decide on a single place so we decided to make two stops. I wanted an acai bowl and he wanted Kua’aina. Instead of going to my typical place (jewel or juice), I decided to just grab one from Jamba since it is conveniently in the Ward area. I ended up getting the primo bowl which comes with acai, banana, blueberry, granola, and coconut. Unfortunately the consistency of the acai was off and it tasted more like a melted smoothie rather than an acai bowl. I ended up having to drink it because it was completely melted by the time I started eating it. Also the granola has sunflower seeds, which I definitely did not like. If I’m getting granola in my bowl, I want straight pure granola.
If you want a good acai bowl, I definitely wouldn’t come to Jamba. For other acai places in the area check out mocha java, blue hawaii, and I think there is a lanikai juice near the old comp usa now. Only come here if you NEED your jamba fix and you are parked at ward and only have 5 minutes to spare. Otherwise… take the short trip and get it somewhere else.

My boyfriend and I went here for something cool and refreshing. My boyfriend was happy with his drink, but disappointed with the «Roast Chicken with melted cheese and djourn mustard sandwhich» because it was basically a ham sandwhich they passed off as a roasted chicken. It was okay, and there was no white strips of meat to indicate it’s chicken and tasted like ham.
My medium drink, matcha green tea was very watery and then okay. I wasn’t impressed at how uncreamy it was and thought it was okay.

Filthy store! I can’t believe what I saw yesterday here. All the counters and preparation areas were extremely disgusting, the floors were black and I could tell the store hasnt been deep cleaned since the begining of time. The area behind the blenders smelled like sewage and was full of dirty water full of mildew (SO GROSS) the sandwich area was full of dust and mold growing in the corners.
