History
Established in 2015.
Nic’s Island Café is a small locally-owned business founded by Nicole Smythe. The café originates from both the Pearlridge Farmers Market as well as the Kailua Farmers Market. Thanks to all of the support from her AMAZING Farmers Market customers she has finally established her Downtown Honolulu location where she and her staff serve generous amounts of aloha with the coffee and other café grinds.
Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner
Nic’s café began underneath the shade of her pop-up tent at the Kailua and Pearlridge farmers markets where first thing in the morning you could find her lined up alongside her fellow local vendors brewing delicious local hot and iced coffees. With tons of support from her dedicated farmers market customers she eventually established Nic’s Island Café which delivers the same delicious coffees as well as a variety of other café items such as acai bowls and paninis. And while her café is a full-time job in addition to her other preexisting full-time job, you can still find Nic every Saturday and Sunday at the local farmers markets whipping up refreshing coffee and espresso beverages for her extensive farmers market family.
