Great company. I had a problem with a clip and they replaced it.

I went to Soho yesterday in hopes to buy a clip-​in hair extension that I formerly bought about two years ago. Since I am back to my normal jet black hair, I went to buy a brand new extension.
The sales associates are extremely helpful. Everytime I go there, the sales associates are very nice. They have a really nice selection of clips and hair pins. They are made of swarovatzki crystal so they run on the pricier side. They have a variety of hair extensions as well, you just have to ask what style you are looking for. I did not see the style I wanted displayed, but when I described it to the sales associate she immediately knew what I was talking about.
They will even style and put your hair piece on for you. The other sales associate gladly styled and brushed my hair and put my clip-​in extension on. The extensions are made out of futura fiber. It is similar to human hair. You can’t even tell that the hair is synthetic. Futura fiber mimics real human hair and can be styled with curling irons and straighteners. The sales associate put in my extension and I was very happy at the way it looked.

Lots of cute, blinged out accessories for the hair! The kiosk is located at the Ala Moana Shopping Center, near Victoria’s Secret. The girls that work here always have their hair made up with the accessories that they sell. So if you need some ideas on how to make your hair, just look at the workers! Or you can always ask them to help you make your hair. They always have good ideas and help make suggestions with the accessory that you want to use for your hair. I love these kinds of blinged out accessories from Korea and Soho has basically all the bling that a girl would need for her hair!

So my friend told me to come check out this amazing hair clip. So we go and the sales lady (a former customer now employee) was very friendly and gave us loads of information about this amazing hair clip. They are the only ones that carry it and it is special because its their own product. Its a collectors item. get a couple limited clips they come out with. It had tons of beautiful swarovski crystals. we compared it to a normal plastic hair clip. WOW what a difference. i was amazed. Its like bendable plastic.
She showed us many ways to wear it, hair up or down on my friend. Then she had the nerve to point out my «for washing face only hair clip,» as she called it. Takes it off my hair and says no you cant wear that. You look like a girl with style and likes the finer things in life. Really lady? Who are you to judge. Oh and then she started to do a demo on my hair. Yeah it was nice and all. I was so grossed out because she was touching my hair and then putting that clip in my hair. I was just imagining of how many other people used this clip and so on. yah i don’t like the germs!
Ok so enough demo. I want to know the price of this damn thing?!? Around $ 130 +/​-​, depending on size. Holy cow. I was like that’s a lot for a clip. She compared it to getting you hair done at a salon and etc. Um yah who really wears a french twist everyday? not me. But if you do buy it you can come back and get your hair done by them. Just stop on by with your clip! And if any crystals fall off they will replace it, no need the receipt. Lifetime warranty.
I don’t know what is up with kiosk employees. Something about them is just so damn annoying and irritating!

I purchased my hairclips for my wedding the day before my wedding from here. Although I did not even have to end up using them. My wedding coordinator kind of freaked me out about how windy it is on the beach that I was getting married on and told me to wear my hear up… this was like less than 24 hours before my wedding… so as we were walking through the mall i saw the perfect hair clip… It is probably the most expensive hairclip I will ever buy, but it was beautiful and the girls kept showing us how we should do our hair and even got my friend to buy one of their hair weave/​extensions. The hairclip has a lifetime warranty so even if it breaks or the crystals fall off they will replace it… and I can go to any of their stores to do it… even the ones in the Bay Area.
