History

Established in 2003.

Martine Levine, President and Catering Director, along with Executive Chef, Jorge Fortozo, started Fresh Foods Catering. Both Martine and Chef Jorge adhere to using the freshest highest quality ingredients available to them. The name, Fresh Foods Catering, was chosen to represent what they believe in, providing fresh foods to their clients.

Each event they cater is special to Martine and Chef Jorge. From the initial meeting, Martine listens to the client and makes creative suggestions to fit the event and the client’s wishes. Service staff is extremely important. The Fresh Foods Catering team has received alccolades from client’s for exceptional service — always going above and beyond to take care of the guests.
