Horrible French shellac manicure done by Jeanie Tran! Do not use her! My sister also got shellac nails and when they said they were dry they were NOT and we had to come back in to get them repainted. I’m not pleased with my French shellac manicure but I am satisfied with French pedicure(not shellac polish!) The lady was elderly so with the new technique of shellac she may have not been as skilled than with regular nail polish. My other friends were somewhat satisfied. Might come again but DEFINITELY not use the same nail tech.

When i walk in to this place everyone is so nice and welcoming. I have gone to Rose and Anne and they are the best.

Generally this is a nice salon. I called before to ask if there was availability and was told to just come in; I had about a 10 mins wait on a Friday lunch time, so not too long of a wait. I did a standard mani and pedi for $ 30, which included a massage chair, and a gentle massage of legs and arms(very gentle). I was quite pleased about my nails, not too pleased about the«massage» but that was not the key service I came for. Whitney attended to me and was professional but did not say a word to me until the end. Generally will recommend this salon as is a good price for a mani pedi with fair service, and a large selection of colors.

Recommended by my podiatrist. See many local doctors having pedicures here. I have always had great service, regardless of which woman does the manicure or pedicure. Prices are quite reasonable. I usually get just the basics, and they last a month or more.

I came here last week to do pedicure and Shellac nails with Whitney. She did a great job. She is very nice and professional. I will come back for sure.

Worst place in the world for eyebrows. Either the technician was blind or had no idea of what she was doing. When I pointed out all the stray hairs she seriously asked me «you want more detail? Extra» Never coming here again. $ 15 for eyebrows? Nope.

I always come here for pedicures after work or school, I usually see Whitney for my nails she’s on the far right. Pedicures I like them done by Vickie or the lady that sits next to her and with short hair. They both do a good job at pedicures and your little massage process in between. When you come in, just choose your nail color and then have a seat in the seating area. There’s usually little candies close by hehe. Tracy is usually pretty busy, they take call by appointment also! I don’t remember that lady with short hair so I took a picture! Weekends open at 9am!

This is my go to place for nails and Vikki is the technician to book. Great service and prices but book as Vikki is in demand. Pedicures are good but quick

I usually go to Lux nails but decided to try this place since it’s closer to my house. I wouldn’t give this place a star but decided to because I had a nice polish job. The staff is racist, when I came in I was greeted with(what do you need) and was directed to the polish. No hellos, no smiles and I received a very cheap pedicure, I’m use to the hot wax as part of the basic pedicure. This place is a joke with unprofessional staff.

I went there once a long time ago to get my nails done and the job they did was way below par. It looked like a tacky home job done by a grandma. Today I went back because I was in the area. Not just poor but terrible terrible attitude. Openly racist. I was in the middle of getting my nails done and they put me in the waiting area to take someone else. They kept doing that until I walked out. The manager/owner, Tracey, is the worst. Her answer to dealing with a dissatisfied customer is to not respond to the customer. it looks like the place will shut down pretty soon because of lack of skill and terrible service.

I love this place! Whether I make an appointment or not, they always have time to fit me in. Everyone is very nice, and they don’t gossip like at other nail salons. They even know who I am when I call no matter who answers the phone. That’s good customer service! I always go to Vicky. I get an acrylic overlay so my nails don’t break as easily, and it never lifts or chips even after 4 weeks! She’s very kind and pays attention to detail. Went somewhere else 1 time since coming here, and never again! Nancy does a great mani pedi if that’s what you’re needing. Even after moving 40⁄45 minutes away, I make effort to come here. Besides doing great work, the prices are good! They are not pricey at all which is surprising considering their location.

Excellent! Been going to Rose for 15 years! Your dependable neighborhood nail salon with great select of color polishes, massage-pedi-chairs and relaxed atmosphere and GREATPRICES! Everyone is so nice there. They always get you in. Its the BEST I have ever had! They do hot stone pedi’s and many other special features if you want them. No one has an attitude, all the ladies get along and enjoy what they do, and ready to do a great job for you!

It started out bad; there must have be a major miscommunication but the nail tech thought I wanted tips and proceeded to cut my nails short! I just wanted a plain manicure. They have OPI nail polish and that is about it.

My experience has been pleasant. I usually request for Rose. She’s super friendly and professional, unlike others who eats and gossips in Vietnamese while doing your nails. The owner remodeled the business with amazing massaging chairs, so go for the pedis. The price is average compare to other nail salons in the area. I paid $ 35 for a pedi and mani. By far I’m satisfy with this place as long as I get Rose.

This place is located near the casa so I decided to drop in for a quick pedicure. What I should have done was drive the extra 10 minutes to my regular place but I was in a hurry. Located in a strip mall across from the Memorial Hermann Hospital, this place is small and clean but bland visually. I was greeted promptly & told to take the first spa chair. So I mosied over to the polish selection & I was again reminded to take the first spa chair. So I sat and waited for the technician to come over & turn the water on. When the water was turned on I started to put my feet in the tub & was told«not yet!». Oh my, on the bossy side much? I was quickly engrossed in a celebrity gossip.erm.Vogue magazine when I realized the technician didn’t try to up-sale their basic pedicure. Then I noticed she was using one of those dremel tool type of file-thingy that is usually used for acrylic nails to clean up my cuticles. Then I noticed she barely made the effort to smooth the skin on my heels & other problem areas. I must say, the polish application was awesome! But one awesome does not get you more than two stars. Next time, I’m driving the extra 10 minutes.

Tracey is outstanding! I’ve never had such an amazing shellac manicure(french!) done so quickly, efficiently, and perfectly! She also gave me an amazing paraffin treatment which she left on for the perfect amount of time(not too long where it becomes annoying, and not too short where it barely does anything). The salon is clean and all the women were super nice. I would definitely recommend this nail salon

Good: Ann is very efficient and friendly during her mani-pedis, which last weeks for some reason(not like she’s using magic-fairy-dust top coat or anything). Reasonable prices. Bad: Not open on Sundays. An outgoing voicemail message saying as much would be nice.
