Office Depot

I give the printing manager 5 stars she really helped me print a banner for a event i had two days before. She was very helpful. I will forsure come back here for other things i need to print for my company.

Had a big printing Job that my boss asked for last minute. It was ready in 30min. The printing manager Shaquoya was very helpful even though the printing area was very busy this morning, she was assisting everyone in a timely manner. My boss was super happy with the work.

Nice store. They were helpful on the floor but I got held up for a really long time at reception when an older woman was returning something. Need to open up the additional registers when there’s a holdup and extra people are available.

If you need any services like printing definitely a one star! I go to school next door for dental hygiene. I only come here because it’s so close when I need office supplies.
If you need to print anything they take forever to get to you and there’s usually only two people. I’m writing this review as I’ve been waiting in line for over 5 minutes with only one person in front of me. Their priorities for your prints are very low. They ask when you need it by, then tell you that if they have time to get to yours then it’ll be done by the time I need it. (I needed it anytime that same day, I came at 8am)
I needed a book binded, he spelled the title wrong. When I told him he just laughed and didn’t even offer to correct it. I don’t remember his name. Slim to medium Caucasian male, blonde hair…
Other people like I think her name is Ronny, she’s super awesome and cool. She helped me carry my printer to my car, she helped me/​guided me on where to go for anything I was looking for and even told me what was on sale. I loved that!

I can understand why people give THIS Office Depot a 1 star rating! Customer Service??? They have not a clue. I was wondering around trying to find a folder and 1 associate walked by me twice and never asked if I needed help. I also was not greeted by the 4 other employees that were at the front of store talking amongst themselves. I will not be shopping at this location anymore.

I really don’t have a lot to say about Office Depot other than they were grossly overstaffed and a bit too helpful. I want to buy a mouse. It’s not rocket science. Almost their entire stock was Logitech anyway. If I had a specific use in mind for a mouse I was going to buy, I wouldn’t buy it here. I knew what I was looking for when I walked in and when I found it, I immediately walked out becuase it was 10 bucks more than what I know it costs. So I promply went over to Target and bought it roughly the price I would pay online.

I can’t even give this store a star. I requested a print piece two wks ago. They confirmed receipt that day and it STILL isn’t printed. No apology or concession, either, from the apathetic person behind the counter. I will never shop at any Office Depot again.

I called this location to ask if they had any 6′ micro USB cords. I was put on hold twice for over 10 minutes and ended up giving up. I went by to check for myself and found one… It was $ 20, they are $ 1.74 online. What a rip off!
That’s probably the case for everything electronic in this store. I don’t know how they stay open. They have a great school supply section so maybe that’s what their main income is? Who knows.
