We met Steve after being referred to him as a A/C contractor who could install a mini-split. He gave us a fair price and we found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the industry, as well as personable, having decades of air conditioning experience. He arrived when he stated he would for the estimate and then arrived when he stated he would for the actual work. He took his time and didn’t rush on to another job with this one half-finished. He completed the work professionally. We would recommend him without any reservations whatever.

When my air went out, Steve came out within 24 hours and started work almost immediately. On a holiday weekend. He gave me a fair price on a new A/C and was respectful of my home and went out of his way to work quickly and around my schedule.
He worked up in my broiling attic for hours and I certainly appreciate it. I also appreciate him hauling off the old useless parts from my attic.

Steve Braunagal has been repairing our A/C and furnace for the past 20 years. He is the only person I trust to work on our units. He is very honest and his prices are reasonable. He will not try to sell you a new unit if you do not need one. I got his name from a friend of mine who had rental houses and she also said he was the only person she would trust to work on her homes. I can’t say enough good things about this guy. He is very professional and shows up when he says he is going to.
