This location forgot to put a double bacon burger and reciept in my drive thru bag. I ordered two burgers and got one. Big mistake. We found it and turned around. Now we are back in the drive thru waiting for them to correct 2 people in front of us. The order taker got it right the first time but food preppers botched it. French fries were over salted. My lips were burnt. No ketchup provided. Just about everything wrong you can do they accomplished. The wait in the drive thru is way too long and not what I call fast food. There is another Wendy’s I frequented for lunch and there would be five cars in front and I still got my order in less than 5 minutes. So it’s not Wendy’s but the people working at the Bellford location that are terrible. It is a rebuilt store too from the ground up and I rarely get good service when I go there. You would think new means something good. Im sorry but these people are not doing their jobs. It is close to home but I’ can’t go there anymore until someone proves that there is a new competent manger.

Friendly staff and good food. We were a little worried when we arrived at the store at 6:45pm and there was no one else there. We ordered and our food came out quickly. Everything was delicious! When we left we noticed a lot of cars in the drive through lane so maybe most people just don’t go inside this location.

Fast food is fast food when it comes to most places and Wendy’s fits right in there overall. What makes a fast food restaurant stand out is cleanliness, consistency and service but when it comes down to it, yes, it’s still fast food. This particular location has efficient drive-thru service and mostly friendly employees. There will always be a sourball employee within any establishment but as long as they do not make up the majority and your dealings with them are brief, then they don’t even have to be acknowledged. The restaurant itself is kept mostly clean and the consistency factor is good. I do not like hard pretzels whatsoever but I do like the pretzel buns that Wendy’s serves. They are better than the standard hamburger buns(which are not bad but often seem to be squashed) that most of the sandwiches here have. The grilled chicken is a nice option and is one of the better if not best non-burger item. I’ve found the crispy chicken to bit a bit fatty/chewy at times. The chili isn’t so good and is more«runny» or watery than it should be. But Wendy’s isn’t famous for chili and this, again, is fast food so that’s that. The baked potatoes are microwaved tasting but not a disaster. The salads are better than what’s sold at many fast food places and Wendy’s does have a nice variety. The dollar menu is not really worth it unless you just want a small snack. I do not expect large portions to be sold on a dollar menu but many of the items on this menu are more sample size than snack. Most will agree that a Frosty is never a wrong choice. It’s good alone and great when used as a dip for fries. There really are some good American habits to be picked up here. I have found out the hard way, as it’s termed, that you must make it a habit to check your order to ensure its correct. For whatever reason, Wendy’s seems to think everyone wants mayonnaise on their sandwiches. I do not. I despise mayo and if you do too, my advice is to make sure your order is mayo free because they are mayo-slathering happy here. So far they have always corrected the problem with no hassle. Wendy’s is fairly good on the whole for a once in a great while choice. This location is consistent in efficiency and quality and as long as you check the order for correctness you’ll be fine.

Always pretty quick service for my breakfast and lunch ins. The spicy chicken nuggets and salad was a hit with me at one time. Good, convenient location.
