Rude drive thru order taker. I had to make them correct my order after the lady cut me off mid way through placing my order. She was rude to me and claimed I did not tell her I wanted my tacos plain. I told her I tried to tell you but you cut me off. Poor customer service and employees with bad attitudes here.

Very slow. They took about 10 per car. There were 4 cars in front of me. It took about 40 minutes before they took my order. They were rude. Told me to hold a moment but I had to call out for someone 5 minutes later. When I got to the window I realized that they only took one car from order to delivery at a time. I have never been so disappointed in a Jack in the box before. I will never return to that location again.

Funny story, I was in a hurry to grab a bite to eat yesterday so I decided to stop by at this Jack in the Box location(I’ve never been to this location and I seldom eat at Jack in the Box anyways). When I walk in it was pretty much empty except for an older woman and her kids waiting for their order right at the counter, and for some reason their order took for freaking ever. While I’m waiting in line, the cashier takes some other customer’s order right when he walks in. SERIOUSLY? To make things worse this idiot brings in a freaking coupon and spends an extra 5 minutes trying to make a loophole with his coupon after the workers told him it was invalid. To make things even more complicated, he kept bickering the workers about how he wanted his burger with«no cheese, no sauce, and no seasoning.» Jesus Christ. But I digress. Enough venting about the other customer. The cashier should actually pay attention to who’s waiting in line, especially when the place is literally empty. It’s not that hard. Oh, and I think that it’s pretty obvious that the Asian guy who just walked into the restaurant isn’t waiting with the Hispanic family standing in front of the counter to get their food. Oh, and my sirloin burger? Not that great, but hey, what do you expect? It’s a Jack in the Box.

Always packed during lunch time, especially drive thru! Thank goodness for the sausage and egg sandwich!

Located right off the Southwest Freeway, this Jack in the Box is pretty good for a seasonal shake fix as well as getting a sometimes needed dose of fat and calories. Compared to other JITB’s this one can be called consistent. Unlike other locations, this one isn’t always out of rice for the teriyaki bowls nor is the wait time excessively long. It’s fast food, yes, but as far as fast food places go JITB has a decent menu variety. This location serves the food hot and fresh and so far has gotten our order correct. What I like to get are the seasonal shakes such as pumpkin spice and eggnog. The standard shakes are also good. JITB is one of the few fast food places that use real ice cream and not some yucky ice milk or faux dairy concoction and that does make all the difference. The milkshakes are very thick and rich tasting. The chicken teriyaki bowl is another decent item. It’s not so bad healthy-wise when you consider it against other menu options. Of course the not so healthy bacon cheddar potato wedges sometimes find their way into our order, also. As far as Jack in the Box locations go this one is among the better. For a shake fix it certainly fills the need.

I’ve been here a few times, and it’s always the same. Food comes out QUICK. If you’re in a hurry, go here. With that said, JitB is pretty low on my list of places that I find acceptable for fast food. It’s not great, but it’s not terrible either. The fries were hot and crispy(and I love that you can get curly fries.)
