Chick-Fil-A, you are oh-so-yummy! The chicken here always hits the spot! But I’m mainly leaving this review because I was ecstatic that they brought the southwest chicken salad back on the menu! This is my favorite fast food salad. Although the portions have been significantly cut down and some of the ingredients it use to have are no longer served, it’s still just as delicious!

One of the hardest parts of my week is having to drive by this fine establishment twice a day. It’s difficult because for 1, the line for the drive through backs up the 59 Frontage Rd for a half mile, causing VERY bad traffic jams. And 2, because I love theor food so much I could eat it 6 times a week(7 times if they weren’t closed on Sunday). Chick-Fil-A is God’s gift to America, and America is God’s gift to Chick-Fil-A. Factually, they are the most profitable fast food organization in the country, despite being closed 15% longer than their competitors(the busiest day of the week at that). I love all of their food, and have never had a bad experience. However, this particular location is not up to par with the others I’ve been to across the nation. Workers are equally as pleasant as other locations, but the quality of food is just not hitting the mark. My suspicion for this lack in consistency is because of the sheer volume of food they are forced to produce a day. From morning to evening they are packed, especially at lunch. At the end of the day(or in the middle in most cases), I would rather go to the one in Sugar Land. That statement should concern the management here, but in my opinion fixing the problem won’t increase sales, thus it won’t be fixed. Mainly because it seems the majority of customers(again, THIS location) are chicken crazed zombies and don’t care if their fries are stale and ice cream is melted. If I am going to wait in line, I want the results to be worth the wait. Unfortunately for the fine folks at this location, it’s not worth the time spent.

This Chick-Fil-A is drive-thru and walk-up only, with no dining area. The drive thru is dangerous and car accidents are a frequent, almost daily occurrence along the service road as throngs of chick-fil-a junkies wait their turn in their cars to get their fix. The location is just, plain awful and I won’t go here any more simply because I don’t want to be the one car in the drive-thru that pushes someone out into the service road to get hit and killed. I will keep my conscience clear. The food is great and the service is great. But that’s not something to risk your life over. The blame for the disastrous traffic situation really rests with the City. The City of Stafford should have considered this when approving this place for occupancy. It’s really appalling that this place was approved without consideration for traffic control. It’s really unbelievable considering the known traffic issues that nearly all Chick-Fil-A restaurants create. It’s a running theme. This one crosses the rubicon by eliminating dine-in, putting more crazed customers in their cars instead of waiting in line and dining in. This place should be closed and moved elsewhere, away from the freeway, and in a new building with parking and inside dining. This is a first for me: a drive thru that could get you killed

Terrible concept for a Chick Fil A. There’s no indoor area, only outdoor seating, which is a ridiculous choice for one of the most humid cities in the country. There’s a few tables for outdoor seating, but I barely covers 30 people. I see more people standing in line indoors at other locations than this one could hope to seat. Even worse, it’s right off a noisy highway and you can’t really talk because it’s so loud. There’s a double drive thru that seems to move fairly quickly, but I came outside of regular meal hours. Considering how slow the employees were moving, I can see where others are saying the lines take forever.

Customer service is the worst at this location. A few friendly faces but the girls giving the orders to customers at the windows are distracted, unfriendly, and determined to get you out of the way(with or without your complete order). They also do not stop their conversation to greet customers and hand out the bags with little to no eye contact. We know that when we end up at this location at least 1 thing will be incorrect. Last night, however, only the flavor of our drinks were correct. We ordered a number 1 with no pickles and diet coke. And a large number 4 with dr pepper. A 12 count nugget order and a small ice cream cone. 1. We did not receive the ice cream or large fries with the number 4. 2.We got a no.4 chicken sandwich with cheese pickles tomatoes but it wasn’t spicy. 3. The number one came with pickles even though the sticker outside the box said no pickles and it was spicy which I don’t eat. 4. We asked for mayonnaise which we did not receive. 5. The fries were cold and hard. 6. The 12 count nugget order was actually 8. 7. When we asked for ranch at the window they basically threw them. I know this location is barely satisfactory on a good day but yesterday, we’re completely disappointed. Service is getting worse and the quality of the food is now unnaceptable. Cold fries and over cooked nuggets are unnaceptable.

I went this past Saturday since I was near the area. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I’ve never had a bad experience with Chick Fil A ever. But this place gave me food poisoning. I had a # 4 spicy chicken sandwich like I always do. I felt it tasted kind of not the same so I stopped eating it. Sure enough on Sunday morning threw up non stop fever the whole nine yards. I was like this for like 2 days until Tuesday I got some what better. I really don’t know what happened but will sure never be returning to this Chick Fil A ever again !

Let me start off by saying, that this CFA est, gets a lot of business from my fam. Who doesn’t love them? They just need to check the salad orders correctly. Twice they have messed up on my salad order. I only order the Asian Chicken Salad from them w/the honey sesame dressing. One time they gave me a Cobb salad and the other time they gave me some vinaigrette drsg. Both times I was already in the med ctr bc I buy it for my lunch. Just saying’ check it before pulling out of the drive through. The 2 girls in the drive through gave me a packet of honsey sesame drag to compensate for the other employees mistake. Not sure what I’m supposed to do with that, but thanks?! I talked to the mgr, and he said sorry and he’d talk to the employees. Lol.

Efficient, pleasant and consistent service. Imagine you have just bounced off the A5 Autobahn and you don’t want to experience a traffic jam in the drive thru, it won’t happen here. My first visit at this location, am dubious looking at the long line, it moved at warp speed, the heat index for the folks working the outside of this diner must be the ticket to the quick service. Solo order and it was perfect, the best staff with a grand product.

This place is always packed. They really handle the crowd well and move service along quickly in the drive thru. Food is fresh and hot. No complaints.

If your in a hurry DONOT come to this Chick Fil A! The isles are in inescapable and there is always some car that holds up the line. In fact, I’m writing this review while still in line waiting over 20 minutes AFTER putting in my order. Bad management and horrible 1 way in 1 way out exit. Ways to improve this situation may be to reserve 2 spaces for drive in clients waiting for an order.

Maybe a week ago, I ordered a meal from this location and I was missing items in my order! I called them, a male manager answered and told me that he was very sorry for the inconvenience and if I took down his name he would be sure to fix it! However I was driving at the time so I couldn’t write his name. He said he would put my name down and my next meal would be on him. So I kindly thanked him and hung up. Today I decide to go back to chickfila, but when I spoke to the ppl that work there they had NO proof that I even called! They said my name or the conversation I had with the manager was not even in their system and if I didn’t have my receipt they couldn’t do anything about it! I was furious! This is SO unprofessional! I will be sure to never go to this location again!!! If you go here, be very sure you have EVERYTHING you asked for because once you leave, they won’t do anything about it!!!

After experiencing poor customer service at Luby’s, i stopped off here to get a root beer float. The drive through was too fast… i want a meandering drive through that is slow enough to enjoy a song on the radio or perhaps slow enough where I can get the money out of my wallet before I get to the drive thru window. I want a drive through that is slow enough that I can read a book if i want to before I get to the window. Now on the other hand, if you like fast drive thrus, this is the place for you. To top it all off I ordered something that was not even on their menu! But that did not faze them because they understand the concept of great customer service. Instead of telling me that they did not have that item, they created it for me and figured out a price to charge me, and it was ready for me before I got to the window. THAT is great customer service!

This place is the epitome of fast food. There can be 20+ cars somehow squeezed into the tiny parking lot and drive thru, but you’re guaranteed to be able to place your order and get it in probably less than 5 minutes. Get in, get out, eat delicious food. The only reason I’m knocking off a star for Chick fil-a is cause getting in and back out without running over somebody or hitting another car is a feat in and of itself every time I come here. That, and the goal of this location isn’t so much of the environment as much of the efficiency of the place. I’d prefer a slower pace of things if the servers were friendlier.

If you’re looking to sit down in a climate controlled setting to satisfy your CFA hunger, move along little chik-a-dee. This ain’t the place. This location is drive-thru and walk-up window only! Yeppers, you heard me… Walk-up Window! They have tables with umbrellas and two full, separate lanes to serve you. I don’t know if this concept is as functional as it is cool, especially for this area… but it’s cool!

Geez… This chick fil a is something else! Glad I’m working in a better area to avoid this location. Skinny Hispanic girl is sooo rude during lunch. I always try to avoid her but she happened to help me most of the time :(!!! I don’t know how she got a job there when that company strives to give the best service possible… Ah! Rude, rude, rude!

I don’t normally write reviews for fast food restaurants, but my experience here on a recent visit warranted it. I was looking for a quick bite to take back to the office and was a little worried initially about going through the drive thru here, after coming several times and sitting outside and seeing so many cars. BUTHAVENOFEAR, the drive through moves very quickly at this location. The double drive thru is convenient so there are no long lines wrapped down the feeder road, but it’s the great, speedy service of their employees that makes the lines go quickly. That means they have many employees inside probably to ensure this can happen. After about 3 minutes, I arrived at the window and they were already handing me my bag of food. How can you get any quicker than that? All they had to do is quickly swipe my card and give a receipt. My typical order is the #1 when I have average hunger and I add an extra sandwich when I am starving. 1 packet of mayo and 2 tubs of bbq sauce please. Thank you come again!

I cannot give this place 5 stars because my heart(specifially my arteries) won’t let me do so. They are never pleased when I’m here, but I only do it for my blood sugar and my stomach. Sorry, Heart. I «heart» you, Heart — — too much? yeah. My reasons for attending this particular Chick-Fil-A drive through is because they are super speedy! There are 2 drive through lanes. In each drive through lane, there is an attendant who takes the order, tells you the order, and sends it to the cashier. Once you arrive at the cashier to pay your bill, your order is ready and you’re outta there! Love the efficiency!

Extremely impressed with the fast drive-thru service on a Saturday at lunch time. They have two lanes and a person writing down your order. It was quick and they didn’t forget anything. Great location right off the freeway and you can easily hop on 59 north from here.
