Crossbay Open Imaging

I have been patronizing Crossbay Open Imaging for a while now, and have found their technicians to be very gentle and informative. The only drawback I would say is that they have three offices, this one, and two in Long Island. Make sure when you make an appointment to get any kind of test you specify and ask them to confirm the location. The last time my Father had to have an open MRI, they mistakingly made the appointment at the Rockville Centre location, and after some going back and forth with them they did not want to take us when it was their mistake, but finally did. It took almost three hours from the time we got there until the time we left. I told them good customer dictates when it is their mistake, it is on them. Other than that, I would recommend this place, when they work good and efficient, they are tops! They have digital mamography machines which are a whole lot better than the old analog one like at Richmond Hill Radiology.
