Just had to switch my primary care physician due to Dr. Lecher’s highly incompetent receptionist. This Tuesday she not only failed to send my referral that I called for last week, but she blamed it on me cause she forgot to ask for my ID number. Extremely rude, doesn’t know how to do her job, and tried to save her own skin by trying to put the blame on me when my dermatologist had to call and request the referral AGAIN. Avoid at all costs.

I needed to get an explanation of results and I called non stop for over a week and he never called me back. You would think an abnormality in a ekg and other Health issues would be a priority to a DOCTOR OF MEDICINE. What a useless office and doctor. He no consideration for patients time or health. Save yourself and get another doctor or better yet, just diagnose yourself, you might get better results.

Great doctor. The office staff is wonderful too. Sometimes you have to wait for an appointment but if you are ill, they try to get you in asap. Wait time is great too.
