As a first time buying property in US we really had no clue of where to start and what are the important things we have to take care with it, we had a lot of questions and we needed answered specially before putting in any offer or deciding if a such home was a good fit for us or not. At first time luckily we met Jack we had never researched but we «thought» we had a connection. He’s a personable, competent and confident guy, my wife and I felt comfortable with him immediately. He seemed very comfortable with us too– he’s obviously had strong experience. We were not prepared to met him and luckily and unexpectedly came across our dream home after viewing just a few others.
During all the entire process of purchasing he was professional, knowledgeable, always patient, very flexible, calm and willing to offer his advise, very flexible and trustworthy, we asked so many questions as we are first time home buyers and he was very happy & super quick to answer them every single time without hesitation or upset and gave us very appropriate responses and explanations, He took our complete lack of real estate knowledge in stride and answered (honestly and candidly) every dumb question we could come up with.
Jack made the purchase super easy by planning ahead with every minor things and make sure we were informed with all details but making our own decisions at every step of the way. He had great context about how much the final price would be and made us have the best strategy to work on. The most impressed part is he let us feel like we were always her top priority. He was available for most of time we want for a house tour even on weekend while he had open house and super fast at any response as well as text, email and phone.
Jack always gave great advice whenever you ask him; he was very knowledgeable about what would make our offer stand out especially in an extremely challenging hot market. He helped us view such home whenever we asked, get it pre-​inspected, and get our mortgage details in order with his proficient team. This was our first home buying experience, and Jack made it as anxiety– free as possible.
Finally Jack definitely went above and beyond his job. 5 stars really isn’t enough to give it to him, he’s is really proficient solid and consistent, If you want someone that will value you as a home buyer, then Jack is your guy.
We highly recommend Jack and if we were going to buy another property we’d go with him again and again.
Unfortunately we didn’t deal with his lucky son Mike, however he seems will takeover by following the same greatest strong principles as his father had to be one of the proficient agent in the market.

Mike helped my Fiancé and I buy our first home! He was extremely helpful in every part of the process. On the front end — I sometimes would find the perfect home online, call Mike, let him know I’d love to see the home. Within minutes we’d have a walk through scheduled a couple hours later and in some cases minutes later. On the back end — Mike walked us through the entire process with my lender, and the seller. He stuck up for us in getting the seller to give us a little more than I expected which was really nice bonus.

Jack Elitzak met us at an open house and introduced himself. He then asked if he could assist us in finding a home. He noted all our interests in the home we desired and researched homes that were on the market and also homes about to come on the market. After he shortlisted several homes, he would present us with the particulars of the homes and asked us to narrow down the homes we would like to see. We did several half day trips with Jack and narrowed down our selections. After a few weeks, he said that he would like us to see a home that had just come on the market and felt that this was the home we were looking for. We were impressed and expressed our interest in making a bid. He then discussed his strategy to acquire this home. Jack then negotiated with the seller and the seller’s agent and closed the deal in a thoroughly professional and efficient manner.
