I am a Business Management graduate from the University of La Verne in La Verne, California, where I played 4 years of volleyball. Since college I have coached a few volleyball teams & maintained a career in sales prior to becoming a Realtor. Working in the real estate industry has allowed me to reach out to help my community. I have been buying & selling real estate since 1996.

I can truly say that I love what I do for a living. I am enjoying the industry tremendously & look forward to serving you. My purpose is to work diligently and professionally to earn the trust that you would want to introduce to your closest friends and family members.

On a personal note, what I enjoy most is spending my free time with my husband, children, extended family & close friends. I also enjoy various extracurricular activities including church, traveling, exploring different parts of the world, meeting new people, biking, breakfast @ Sugar Shack, snowboarding, playing volleyball, the beach & golfing.

I’ve worked with Jeanette and her team on several transactions. She is one of the few Realtors I’ve worked who truly knows what it takes to get an offer accepted and deal closed on time and with minimal stress. She has set up a system for making sure her clients needs are met. Many of the transactions we have worked on have been for Veterans using VA financing. While many Realtors shy away from VA financing, Jeanette understands what is needed to get a VA offer accepted and she continues to serves the Veteran community with professionalism.

As a business minded person, it is truly refreshing to come across business professionals such as Jeanette. I initially wanted to engage Jeanette as our agent based on her community participation and how she canvased her market. Three years after meeting her, she continued to be a consistent member of the community with open houses and her email updates on what new properties were available and had recently sold. As an opportunity come up for us to relocate we knew Jeanette would be our choice to help us with the sale of our home. What I didn’t know was how easy and quickly this process would be. She had great recommendations on ways to stage the home to ensure quick sale. She was also responsive through the sales process. Jeannette and her team helped us get the house of our dreams! Stuart seemed to be available any time we wanted to look. He made us feel like we were his only clients! We felt like Jeanette’s entire team was only a phone call away at any given time. They were professional and always looking out for our best interest from beginning to end.

I worked with Jeanette in selling my grandparents home in Costa Mesa in the fall of 2012. I looked on Unilocal for real estate agents in Huntington Beach and Costa Mesa and she was one of the few I found that had amazing reviews. I interviewed three agents in my search and she proved to be everything I had read and much more. First and foremost she took the time to listen and understand our goals in selling the property that had been in our family for 50 years. It was immediately obvious by her market segmentation, research and pricing ideas that she understood the current real estate market and our competition in far more detail than other agents. If you are looking for a realtor in Orange County or Riverside County, I would highly recommend Jeanette. She has been in the real estate industry since 1996. Since 1996, there has been a couple of cycles in the real estate industry. You want a realtor who has seen the ups and downs of various real estate markets so that she or he can advise you properly. Jeanette helped my family and I during an extremely challenging time, and we can’t thank her enough for it. My mother became extremely ill and we found it necessary to sell her home in Huntington Beach in order to pay for her medical care. I do not live in Orange County and since the responsibility of selling the home fell on me, Jeannette really had to step up. She helped coordinate, and execute on tasks that I wouldn’t normally expect a Real Estate Agent to do. She did so willingly and without complaint.
She kept us focused and on track to meet the deadline we set for selling the home which was wonderful since I had many other things to deal with being that my Mother was so ill.
I would recommend Jeanette to anyone who needs a savvy, reliable, honest Real Estate Agent. She bent over backward for us and she will for you too. I trust her completely. She is a very sincere, authentic person, and she really does put her clients first.

Jeanette is a true professional. Call us crazy, but we didn’t want to move twice. We needed to sell our house and downsize to a condominium — all at the same time. Jeanette was our partner in this life event and supportive every step of the way. She took the time to listen to what we wanted and needed. Jeanette will gently guide you to make the best possible decisions for yourselves. She will give you her best advise, but always leaves it up to you and what you’re comfortable with. She kept us informed and stayed positive through both the sale and the purchase.
Jeanette has great tools to help in searching for that perfect place. Great tools and ideas to help sell your place. Equally important are the people she surrounds herself with to make the process as smooth as it can possibly be. If you need a cabinet replaced, she knows someone. If you need a painter, she know someone. Her photographer takes beautiful pictures to show your home in the best light. She does thoughtful things during the process.

I am so glad I chose Jeanette to help me sell the townhome I had been living in for the past ten years! In my opinion she is a top drawer agent. She has been doing this a long time and she knows the ins and out of how this works. I especially credit her for tolerating my family tensions that got heated during the midst of our sell. This is one lady that has the chops to deal with rude and aggressive people and remain calm, collected and professional. No way I could do her job and not go postal.
When I first invited Jeanette into my home she clearly explained what I needed to do to improve the layout of the house before allowing buyers to view. This really ended up paying off in the long run. Jeanette isn’t interested in gouging you either for her cut. If I have any critique of Jeanette, it’s that she works too hard. She always was accessible and was very sensitive to what I was feeling as a seller. Also, the technology she uses is great.
She also does a lot for the communities in which she does a lot of business, which makes sense. I am talking organizing yard sales and alerting the community of street sweeping day so that they can avoid being ticketed. She earns her business by helping communities. She also helped to connect me with a broker for the separate process of gaining a loan for our new home (which we are living in now) – and that ended up being a good recommendation.
Basically, when the offers start coming in, and requests for fixes start coming your way, and when you need to decide whether or not you should lower your asking price, you want Jeanette in your corner.

Deciding to foreclose or short sale was a challenging decision. Online info can be misleading and mortgage companies cannot have your best interest in mind. Jeanette was a refreshing middle person and having a nonjudgmental approach. She had explained to my wife and I at the time, the difference between the two and pros/​cons on both. We had decided to go with the short sale. Jeanette had handled the process and explained each stage step-​by-​step. She had helped us stage our condo and was great with showing the property. We were able to short sale the condo within a month.
Jeanette was very effective with communication all the way through and was always available through email, text or calling. Even after the process was done she kept us in the loop with what to expect when tax season arrived. In a day and age where companies are losing client service, Jeanette shined. Jeanette was excellent with explaining real estate jargon, especially when it came down to short sale.
