History

Established in 2004.

Geoff Rudy has been a real estate consultant and Realtor since 2004. He spent his first 7 years with Coldwell Banker Coastal Alliance and was a top 10 agent for them each year. Geoff is now associated with Keller Williams Pacific Estates so that he can better serve his clients and because Keller Williams is better positioned to help him grown his business.

Prior to his career in real estate, Geoff was a top producer within the equipment leasing industry and was responsible for major accounts within the Fortune 500. His years in the corporate world taught him the value of systemized service and helped hone his negotiation skills.

Geoff Rudy was born, raised and lives on the Southern California coast. He has built a dynamic, results oriented real estate team to assist buyers and sellers of real estate. The Rudy Group’s business spans across Southern California with the majority of their relationships in the coastal communities from Newport Beach to Long Beach. Geoff is continually updating his education and knowledge base to better serve his clients.

A third generation Southern Californian, with a BA from UCSD and a MBA from Pepperdine, Geoff has lived in beach communities from La Jolla to Hermosa Beach and has an incredible knowledge of the coastal cities.

Geoff really enjoys the personal relationships he builds through his career and thrives on helping his client’s reach their goals and build wealth through real estate. Through skill and expertise The Rudy Group’s goal is to be your Real Estate Consultant for life.

Geoff has been married to his wife for over 15 years and he has 2 wonderful children.

If it weren’t for Geoff Rudy we would never have even got our foot in the door in this market! Geoff is the most persistent, thorough, and professional agent out there! During our house hunting process we became very frustrated with the market we were dealing with being that many folks were coming in with all cash! We just could not compete with that but Geoff made it happen! We now live in an incredible single family home in the Los Altos area and could not be happier! We actually just celebrated our 1 year anniversary here in this house and Geoff found the perfect home for our 2 yr old son and our dog. All of our needs were met with our search as well as some serious negotiating that took place. Geoff was truly impressive the way he stood up for us and negotiated for what we deserved. The Rudy Group Real Estate delivers!

We cannot even begin to express how much we appreciate all Geoff did for us. We were given his name and he met us when we were thinking about whether or not we wanted to sell our home to move to a bigger place. The first thing he did was offer to give us referrals to contractors he trusted to fix up the house for sale. He sent us a list of people he had worked with and trusted, and he did this even before we had agreed to have him as our agent! Because we used his referrals we had contractors we could trust, and who did not overcharge or try to sell us on more work for a home we were not intending to stay in.
It took us more than three months to get everything in place to list our home. That entire time he was available, gave more referrals, and answered any questions we had. When it came time to list our home he had a great team to help us stage our house for sale. We felt that we were in good hands at all times. He guided us through the process of pricing our home. Because of his experience and the work of his team, we got an offer on our house within two days after we listed it! He also advised us perfectly when it came to bidding on the home we purchased (because the bid was accepted)!
The whole process can be challenging and at times overwhelming, but we felt that we had an advocate and an ally, guiding us through the entire process on both ends — selling the home we were living in and buying a new home. Several very unique and difficult issues came up on both ends, the sale and the purchase, and Geoff was there. Any call that had to be made, any arrangements, any person to be found to get information, he was on it. We never had to worry whether or not things were being addressed or taken care of. We had every confidence in Geoff, and he did not let us down!
Geoff’s experience, expertise, and connections within the business were vital to making things happen exactly right and on time. Behind the scenes he was making phone calls and ensuring that things went through perfectly, so nothing was held up and there were no delays (which could have had expensive and difficult consequences). He was there with the right information we needed every step of the way, on evenings, weekends, any time we needed.
We would refer Geoff to anyone, and will give his information to anyone we know who is looking for an excellent agent to buy or sell a home.

We bought our first home in SoCal with Geoff and it was a great experience!
Geoff took the time to determine exactly where we wanted to be. We are transplanted New Yorkers and wanted something that was familiar to our east coast way of life and Geoff hit a home run with focusing on the East Village Arts District in Long Beach.
Geoff fights to get you the best deal possible. He was accessible at all times when we had questions come up, including while on vacation in Hawaii.
Geoff has a group of professionals surrounding him that make the purchase easier for sure. Every vendor he recommended was spot on. People that work for him are exceptional, all group dealings are seamless among this team.
