We had been interviewing other agents. We met Sarah at an open house she was hosting.
I shared a list of homes that looked interesting and the details about each home that we liked. One agent told us we could never own a home for $ 560K, another brought us to see the houses on the list, and Sarah said «Yeah I looked at your list and I’m going to show you some other ones that I think you might find more interesting.»
She is gracefully competitive. Very on top of her game. She has a great eye and genuinely wants to find you the best place she can. She doesn’t just want to sell you a house — she wants to establish a relationship that lasts. She has helped us in various ways since we purchased our home in 2010 including: helping us find a cabinet maker, a tile guy, a carpet cleaner and so much more. She has come to our birthday parties, brought gifts for our kids — seriously coolest agent out there. She has even helped my in-​laws find a place. I cannot say enough great things about Sarah. She’s the best!

When my mother moved to Huntington Beach in 2005 Sarah was the real estate agent I chose to work with to help find a home for her near me. I am not kidding when I say that we must have looked at everything on the market at that time that was in Mom’s price range before settling on a property at Huntington Landmark (Senior Community). I was exhausted, but Sarah was so easy and fun to work with. Recently my mom passed away and I needed to sell her home. I chose Sarah, not only because I knew I could trust her, but also because she’s so enjoyable to work with, and really knows the market in this area. Besides that, I wanted to reward her for her patience in showing my mom so many properties when she was in the market to buy in 2005. Sarah recommended a good painter and made some other suggestions for minor repairs to the property at a reasonable price. The home was placed on the market in mid January and closed and funded on February 26^th. In the middle of escrow Sarah took a lengthy trip so I was a little nervous, but she stayed in touch from half way around the world and everything worked out fine. Based on the comps that I reviewed very carefully the list price that Sarah recommended looked good to me so I went with it. But we actually sold the property for $ 5,000 more than the listing. I don’t know what to make of that, maybe we priced it a little low but we were happy with the easy process and the quick outcome. I like that Sarah is not a high pressure real estate sales salesperson, She’s got plenty of experience and has a straightforward easy-​going nature.

My husband and I have three very small children (all 3 and under) and knew we were going to need more space. We decided to contact Sarah since she is the go-​to person for selling a place in our area of Costa Mesa (bluffs off of Pacific Ave). From our first meeting, Sarah came prepared with comparable sales and a wealth of information for how to get our place ready to sell. She went out of her way to ensure that we had a great starting point for staging the condo for the open house. We had good traffic the first week and received an offer within that time frame. Sarah was reassuring and on top of coordinating everything we needed to get accomplished to ensure we would be able to close on this place and the new home we were buying around the same time. She worked closely with our buying agent and always checked in on how the buying process was going. She is very friendly and funny (we needed someone with a sense of humor) and I couldn’t imagine having gone through this process without a quality realtor such as Sarah. Thanks again, Sarah!

I have been working with/​for Sarah as a hauling and demo contractor for over 7 years! She is always on top of her game. She has always been honest and fair with me on every project and has referred me to many others. She usually hires me as a hauling contractor as one of her services she offers her customers. She seems to always go above and beyond to help her clients sell a home by prepping it properly for the sale and also in making the purchase and move in a smooth process!
