Manny did an excellent job cleaning my couch and chair. He was focused on doing the best job possible for us and gave us a very fair price for the cleaning. They took their time getting my pet stained carpet cleaned (dog like to put her food one the carpet and then eat it one piece at a time. Manny and his assistant Lucas came out to clean my carpet two weeks ago. They were really great. I told them which room I needed to have done, explaining that my dog had some issues with peeing in there. They asked questions and decided to use a special formula specifically for this issue.
They cleaned the carpet and then used set up an industrial fan to help it dry faster. I am super sensitive to smell and although it was a good scent afterwards I was concerned how long it would last and I called Manny to ask. He didn’t pick up the phone right away but called back within two minutes. He explained that the perfumey scent would get lighter within two hours and that I should call him back later that day or the next morning and he would come out and rewash if it was still bothering me after giving it 24 hours to dissipate. He was right! It was almost totally gone the next morning and I didn’t need to call him back.
I would definitely recommend him and his crew and I would use him again!
