Chase Bank

Had to come in to straighten my wife’s account information and get a new card after bad phone service. We had our little ones in tow. The Branch Manager ended up helping us out directly. She was extremely friendly and helpful, and everyone else we interacted with was equally pleasant and helpful. If we need to go to a branch in-​person, this is the place we’ll be going.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon around 2pm. There was no one to greet us upon walking in unlike other branches. Then, a girl came up after couple min and said I’ll be able to help you but there are couple more in front of you. I went to ask the only other staff in the whole branch if she is the only one that can help us opening a checking account. He said no, he will be able to too but he’s busy right now as well.
No apologies, no customer services. This is a good way for a new customer perspective to open a new account with chase.

It’s always the same here. One teller at 5:45. Long lines. Third time in two weeks I found myself needing to make a deposit at this branch 15 minutes before closing, in a long line of 6 people or more. There were 15 employees milling around, yet only one teller. First couple of times, I put it down to fluke. Now I am beginning to think that this is normal operating procedures. Everyone in line was harried and frustrated from the grandpa who was swaying with fatigue from standing to the working mamma on the cell who kept telling her family she was on her way. Treat us better Chase! We deserve more! Our lives and time are worth more than your desire to save a buck by understaffing.

Had to reset my pin and make a deposit and withdraw and Erin helped me out she is a banker she was so Socialable and chill person to talk too I really enjoyed the brief time she spent helping me and of course she was also Professional but she was also real which is a great Quality so highly recommend this place

I had a great experience here. Reminded me of why I switched from bank of
America. I was at the teller taking out cash because my ATM cars is damaged. The manager (asian younger lady) over heard me saying I couldnt wait for replacement card and took the initiative to just get it done real quick. I was impressed! I hope she goes far and is recognized by chase!

Nice state of the art bank. Has a couple of cool ATM’s inside that dispense 1’s, 5’s, 20’s and even 100’s in bills. The outside ATM is still the traditional kind, increments of 20. The only down side to this particular branch is the location in which it is situated. Too much traffic is happening. With Walmart, Taco Bell and the other nearby stores parking can get a bit hectic. One other thing, their drive thru ATM seems a bit narrow, and I can tell by the marks left on the curve by car tires. If you drive a big truck beware.

I wondered in here on a monday afternoon, there were 3 customers being seen too but still every member of staff that walked past said hello and asked if I was being helped. One lady asked me to be seated and she would direct a banker over to me when they became free. Didn’t take long I had lost my card and Kenny was very helpful, fast and friendly in replacing my card and ensuring there had been no fraudulent activity but also reassuring me with their policy if anything happened I wouldn’t have to worry. I found the branch & staff to be very clean, friendly, helpful and professional.

I walked into Chase bank to deposit $ 500.00 into a friends account, the teller told me that he could not take cash, are you kidding me??? He went on to say, «as of March 1^st, we cannot accept a cash deposit because we don’t know where the money is coming from! I have a California ID, born and raised here, what is the problem? Well he said «we don’t know where the money is coming from», MY POCKET I told him. He said, «you may put it on a credit card but not cash», I asked to talk to the operations Manager. BIG mistake… he was about as useless as the teller. I went ahead and put it on my Visa. I am a business owner and me and my business partner were seriously thinking about switching our business accounts from Wells Fargo to Chase however after this experience we have decided to stay with Wells Fargo. The only thing we liked about Chase was that they are on every corner, but then again so are lawyers and Starbucks. Put pen to paper and write down my name and address and you will know where the money is coming from, the same place the money that pays my credit card comes from. Their loss, my partner owns a chain of stores and I had him sold on Chase, not anymore!

Totally agree with the other guy. Terrible service here. 1 out of 5 times I came here, I was happy with the teller. It’s just convenient since I was driving on Von Karman. When you want to make a deposit inside with the teller, it always take forever. I once was there for 40 minutes because their system was down, but I was too lazy to leave to head over to the other location so I waited here. If you’re just depositing checks or bills, there isn’t any problem with that. I will definitely try the drive to the one on Harvard for bills and coins deposits. =P

I had to run errands on my lunch & get some signatures from my bank then off to the post office. I was helped by brittney the manager & she was so helpful. They have amazing customer service, helped me right away and were even able to mail my letter for me & saved me a trip. I was out of there quickly & in a better mood than when I first walked in. I love you chase bank!

I’m so glad this location opened up. Not that it’s hard to find a Chase bank within 5 miles of anywhere you are, but now it’s within 1 mile of my office!
When I first came in, I was so confused because I didn’t see any bullet-​proof counters with people behind them. This bank looks completely different than any bank I’ve ever been to! SO FUTURISTIC! You have a row of awesome ATMs inside that will do the job! These new «tellers» can spit out cash in any increment you want up to a maximum of $ 2,000. Unfortunately, I needed to pull out more so I had to ask a bank associate for the transaction.
Anyway — the gentleman that helped me was very helpful and courteous! He asked me if I was lost (because I had no idea where I was after I walked in because it didn’t look like a bank) and helped me right away. He told me about the new machines so I could use them next time. There were little buckets of lollipops, too. =)
I can’t wait to go back and try using one of the new machines!

This Chase branch has gone high-​tech.
No longer does one have to fill out deposit or withdrawal slips and wait in teller line which can be a time suck especially during the lunch rush or Saturday morning. Instead, the customer steps up to a self-​serving banking kiosk featuring a portrait-​style 21.5 inch touchscreen — like a humongous iPad — which takes care of all your banking needs. The Chase kiosk is also more multi-​functional than its ATM cousin, for it can dispense bills in any denomination — sometimes you really want a $ 5 bill instead of a $ 20. Tellers are still available for assistance and to answer any questions.
All in all, I’m digging the new kiosks.

Coolest ATM, it’s some next level game. The 1 inside is the new touch screen kind that takes some getting used to. It’s a lot more functional in the it dispenses 1’s and 5’s when pulling cash. You still have the key pad and receipt and depository feeders, but it’s a 40 inch portrait touch screen. They still have the traditional ATM’s outside for the vision or hearing impaired.
It’s new, it’s got too many windows and parking up front which still gets used by Walmarters and Taco Bellers. The staff is super helpful. Particularly Michael who showed me some tips and tricks when depositing checks, pulling cash. Been a member for years, but when you think of things in terms of a teller you can maneuver so much faster.
Honestly come here just for the cool ATM. I haven’t tried to pull more than $ 80 so I haven’t seen if it has the option for $ 100’s, but I will since I’ve been here three times in 10 days. You select your amount then the denominations so you can’t get $ 1, it has to be incremental.
