I am very happy with the job that Creation Builders completed. They erected scaffolding and demolished my balcony and removed the sliding doors. Then the next crew came in and reframed the space to put in a window. This was followed up by the stucco and painting. Each crew was professional and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone. My experience with Jerry Bennun, Marvin, and Mr. Martine was very positive. They are very easy to work with and every step was completed in a timely fashion.

I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude to Creation Builders and Stephan for the exceptional work they have provided. I had them completely remodel my kitchen. They stayed true to the plans and design we discussed, they stayed on budget and the results are AMAZING! I’m so happy with my new kitchen. Great job. More work coming your way.

Great company with amazing designers. Sanaz helped me with the design of my house and i am so happy with her choice. She helped me with choosing he right color for the wall, furniture, bathroom and stone for the floor. My husband and i are so happy that we worked with sanaz. She is smart, amazing, and intelligent. Also her attitude was very good. Anytime i was face timing with her she would face time with me to decide what to do. Thank you for everything.

I wanted to take the time to thanks Creation Builders and their amazing staff. I had to remodel my bathroom to have it redesigned and also be more spacious. They provided me with a professional and great service. They left the place clean after each day of work. I really wanted to thank the guys for all their great great attitude and for the fact that they had made my bathroom beautiful and also a pleasant experience.

It has been 7 months since they finished and I have had ZERO issues.
I am already having them come back to start on my next project!

We expanded our home the interior came out nice but my husband and I were disappointed with the exterior of the home. We contacted the business I assume they are called there customer service and we have not received a call back. We had a situation with someone coming in to our home and doing work and they were not a creation. Builders employee so we been trying to get a response back from the project manager and no luck. At this point we will have to take matters to our own hands and go a different route since no one has reached out.

I was looking for a company to improve my backyard using pavers and turf and Creation Builders did not disappoint! Met with the estimator/​project manager Yaniv who was friendly and responsive. My project was more difficult due to no entrance for machines when escavating yet the quality did not suffer. There were some communication mixups, as tends to happen, but things were taken care of to my complete satisfaction and I’m picky! It took longer than expected due to some difficulties and weather (rain) but still met the contract end date. The estimate was fair, not cheap or exorbitant and considering being licensed and such, it was worth the peace of mind too. Yaniv stopped by during the project twice a day, most days, and was easy to get in touch with which makes a difference when there’s questions, concerns, or requests. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Flaked on our appointment, 2 stars because their service was kind enough to tell us shortly after our scheduled appointment that they were running late, which in all reality is a really crappy conversation to have with anyone.

I never actually met anyone from this company so this review is based on my attempt to get an estimate. I made an appointment a week an a half in advance. My appointment was for 9:30am. The day before my appointment, customer service called to confirm my 9:30 appointment time. The next day, 10am. Nothing. Nobody shows. I call and am put on hold while they «find out where my contractor is». The woman comes back and says it was a 9:30 appointment with a 10:30 arrival! WHAT!!! Ridiculous. I can’t believe they try to sell me this BS rather than calling to say he’s running late. Bad customer service. I cancelled the appointment. If they can’t even make the estimate appointment, why would I dare give them my remodel business???

I can say that while we had a hiccup with our job, it was all explained by Yani, the project manager in detail. He found a very positive solution to the problem. The work is beautiful and their process id top of the line. These guys don’t joke around, they build lifetime patios. Everyone comments how beautiful our backyard and fire pit/​BBQ area is. Our job was not a little one and choosing the right company was extremely important. We appreciate family owned businesses and customer service was excellent. Thank you Yani, the crew and Creation Builders! Beautiful work!

It was pleasure to work with Creation. Estimator was nice and informative, process of signing papers and billing was easy. We had a few issues at the beginning but they were solved quickly. It was easy to communicate with the office and manage my construction job.

GREAT JOB. David came out on a Sunday, gave me an estimate that same day and had a crew on site the next morning at 8:15. The roof and wood replacement that was completed was excellent. Job was quoted to be completed in 5 days they finished in 2.

I guess I’m not as upset and understand that this business has a specific policy in place to protect themselves. I’m changing the one star to a 3 since I can’t actually rate the work done!

I couldn’t be any more content with the work that Creation Builders Inc. did in restoring my backyard.
David who came out initially to give me the estimate was amazing. He knew what he was talking about, very knowledgeable. Explain, to me in great detail of the process. Explained the pros & cons of the work (pavers vs reg. concrete). David was not pushy at all, understood my financial situation. Was very understanding. From the very get David & I hit it off well. Answered all my questions. Was quick to answer my phone calls and/​or text msgs.
The work crew that came to install the pacers were awesome. They knew what needed to be done without asking any questions. A crew of 8 – 10 got busy right a way & were done with the project that SAME day they started. GREAT crew.
Next was the stucco crew, they were just as great. A weekend project & done in two days. Got right to work with no questions asked.
I highly recommend Creation Builders Inc. I guarantee you’ll love their work. I’m ready to get started on my next project with David & Creation Builders.

Working with Steph at Creation Builders has been a pleasure. He is very professional and truly cares about his customers and the quality of his work.

They sent out one of their contractors Stefan for a next-​day in-​house estimate. Nice that it was next-​day, and he was overall a nice guy, but that’s about it. Of all my experiences with contractors and tradesman thus far, this has by far been the most uncomfortable in that he gave quite the pushy sales-​pitch, concluding with «you won’t refuse» and almost making you feel guilty for not going with them. Felt like I was at a used car dealership instead of in my own home. His prices were middle of the road. Oh and I can remember his resounding, «I’m only giving you a good deal to get my foot in the door» to do the other projects we have lined up. Not sure if that’s the best sales tactic. I say be like the rest and win customers without resorting to desperate persuasion.

Reliable and efficient company. My floor was fixed andthey installed outside lightening. Everything was done as I planned.

I recently used Creation Builders to remodel one of my bathrooms and I would like to share my experience. A representative came to my home after I called in for a free visit and after some negotiating, we agreed to a price and the following:
1) Remove and haul away existing shower pan and provide and install new white pre-​fab shower pan.
2) Re-​tile two rows of the shower wall and clean out all the dirt/​mold in the grout of the tiles.
3) Replace and provide one ceiling fan with a pull chain.
4) Provide and install new shower control and valve.
5) Replace drywall and test dry wall for mold. Spray bleach to kill exposed dry wall and apply texture primes and paint to drywall which was replaced.
The whole project was supposed to take up to 4 days. However, the new shower pan couldn’t fit, so the the project manager offered a better hot mop for free! I was very delighted to hear that. Even though the whole project took about 5 more days to finish because of the tar and cement, I am very happy and satisfied with the work that had been done. All of the workers that came to my home especially Ernesto were very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. After cutting out the drywall and locating the mold, the project manager didn’t feel that a mold test was necessary, so he refunded me a fair amount from my balance.
I recommend this company to anyone who needs a bathroom redone. My job was small compared to the other projects that they do, but I will definitely use this company again if I have issues with another bathroom.
