I had to call repeatedly for several minutes before reaching a human. Someone answered multiple times and hung up the phone without saying anything. Not a great first experience. When I finally reached a human, she was pleasant enough but she explained that they are ONLY a MOVING SERVICE. They do not sell boxes or shipping materials separately. So, this Unilocal page and the older reviews are misleading.
If you’re looking for shipping supplies only, this is not the company for you.
