Super positive experience. Consider them very trustworthy. Visiting from out of town and had some brake issues, pulsations when braking down hills are at high speeds. Brought it in, they took it for test drive, determined that the issues were not dangerous and that our drive home would not be at risk. Did not charge us! Super happy with them, and they came highly recommended from friends and family who live in Ithaca. I’d give more than five stars if I could.

I was in Ithaca for the weekend and got a flat tire. They fixed the flat and then charged me $ 35 for the patch and then balanced it without asking me. Hence the excessive charge — but this type of fix doesn’t require balancing. You balance all 4 tires when they need it, not one with a rubber plug in it. I guess I was the one born that minute!
