I had 2 chair backs and 2 chair seats recovered by Vantage. I already had the material. They were responsive, friendly, reasonably priced, and provided good craftsmanship. I was not in a hurry, but they completed this assignment within a few days. Much of the communication was done over the phone, a fact which I appreciate since I like to deal with people rather than email. Perhaps they sensed this, and adjusted their communications accordingly –if this is the case then they certainly deserve six stars. I did not consult with them, but I am sure they would do this just as expertly.
