I’ve been with Sprint since 2005 and experienced service in many of its stores. The group on State Line is by far the best and most helpful of any. I tried to remove a broadband from my account at another store. The rep there dialed customer service and handed me the phone. 45 minutes later I thought the issue was resolved. My next bill showed that it wasn’t. I went to State Line where the manager, Sam Ahring, called customer service himself and resolved the issue. Sprint customer reps should take cues from how this store treats its customers. Nice job!

Been a sprint customer my whole life. Always had the best service here. The staff is friendly and patient. Willing to help more than most sprint stores.

Brutal store because it is understaffed. Always a wait, often only one person working. My most recent trip included a 45-minute wait while I was second in line. When the 2nd employee who was on break returned, he initially told his co-worker he had 10 minutes left on his break. I didn’t wait around for him to change his mind and I left. As a customer of more than 10 years, I will continue to use Sprint but I will go to any other store in the future. This location is a half mile from my house but it’s worth driving further to a store that can handle more than one customer
