Hotel mistakenly charged me for 2 rooms and never reimbursed me. I called several times and kept being told manager was not in and he’d have to call me back. He never did. It’s too bad because I travel a ton for work and because of this experience I avoid all Comfort Suites. Rooms were ok… but I just can’t look past the Bad Customer Service.

I swear I was the first person to stay in this room… this is a brand new Comfort Suites and it shows… everything is SUPER clean. Each room is basically a mini-​apartment; separate seating area with mini-​fridge, microwave, etc. The beds are huge and comfortable, and they offer satellite TV. The only complaint I had was the lighting… they’ve installed «daylight/​cool» LED light bulbs in all of the rooms which casts a weirdly unfamiliar fluorescent glow, making makeup application a bit tricky.
If you’re looking for good dining options skip the nearby chain restaurants, Antonia’s next door is surprisingly good!
