Bug Whisperer Pest and Termite

I don’t know how Rob from the bug whisperer received 5 stars for anything. I swear Rob wrote the reviews himself.
I had critters making noise in my attic. I thought it was rats or mice, but I really had no idea. I called the Rob to give me his professional opinion of our issue. When he got to my house he was stuck on the assumption that it was mice or rats. I had to provide him with a step stool because he didn’t have anything in his truck to get in my attic. He stuck his head (not walked) in our attic and threw bait. Now, I didn’t understand how he came up with this analysis since the noise wasn’t coming from anywhere near the attic door. After he was done, there was dirt and insulation on our carpet that I had to clean up.
A couple days latter we still had scratching sounds in our attic. I called Rob back to explain that his investigation did not fix our problem. I asked if he could maybe take another look, but he said it would cost another $ 150.00 on top of the $ 108.00 we already payed him for NOT fixing our problem.
This guy is a complete joke. He hung up on my wife when she wanted an explanation for his negligence. Rob expects the customer to diagnose the problem. If I new what the problem was or wanted to fix it, I wouldn’t have called a professional to fix the problem. He is no professional and most certainly isn’t a bug whisperer. He is just some guy with a truck and some bait who needs to borrow your ladder to rip you off.

I called «the bug whisperer» because we heard scratching and running around in our attic. He came out and seemed to think it was rats and mice. I’m not sure how he came to that conclusion because all he did was stick his head through the opening of our attic. (He didn’t even have a ladder. He had to borrow our step stool) he threw pellets around through the opening of our attic which was no where near where we told him we heard the scratching noises and set up traps outside of our house. He said they would eat the bait, and leave within 2 days. He was at our house for total of 20 minutes.
When we called him back 5 days later to report that we could still hear scratching in our attic. He told us that he would have to come back to treat for squirrels and that is would cost another $ 150 to do it. When I asked him why he had decided to treat for rats and mice in the first place He blamed my husband for asking how much it would cost to treat for rats and mice over the phone! We didn’t know if it was rats, mice, squirrels, or anything else. Nor did we claim to! His actions were lazy and negligent. He has no interest in taking good care of his customers. He hung up on me when I told him that he should have investigated to see what was going on first.
If you have trouble with any kind of critter, go to someone else — anyone else, and you’ll be better off!

After using other pest control compainies in the past, I will never use anyone besides the Bug Whisperer. Rob gives you individual attention and takes the time to listen to all of your concerns. Not only does he treat promptly, he also takes calls on the weekends. I have never had to call him back for a re-​treat. He will explain how his treatment works and even tell you how to prevent problems in the future. He is very honest, dependable, and affordable. Highly recommend the Bug Whisperer!

I had «the bug whisperer» out to my house to get rid of the flea infestation I had. $ 300 later (which seemed worth it) he sprayed and told me initially that if there are still fleas 2 weeks later, he would retreat my house and yard. Later, he called back and told me to wait at least 30 day as per his previous employer. The fleas were gone for a couple of weeks, but soon after, they were back in full force. I called «the bug whisperer» back about 55 days after the treatment, less than a month after the 30 days he told me to wait before calling back, and he refused to retreat without charging me again. He kept referring to his «policy» of retreating for free after 30 if needed, and how he had only needed to retreat two other times, but they called within 30 – 45 days… yet there was never any mention of a grace period when he was at my house initially. Just that he would guarantee that his treatment would work… which it didn’t
