Jiffy Lube

Unfortunately, I am fairly upset by how slow my service has been at this location. When I arrived, there was only one car ahead of me. I was greeted ten minutes after I pulled up, and told that because of being understaffed each car would take only fifteen minutes.
Being only the second car to arrive I thought this would be fine. I’d be in and out in, well, a «jiffy». This was not the case! After they had finished the car before mine, another pulled up. They were immediately helped and shortly after they had their vehicle worked on and out before mine was started.
It’s been over an hour and a half since I arrived and they are just now looking at it. Since they pulled it into the garage, two more customers have pulled up, one was helped right away but is still sitting here with me.
Because of the speed of help I received and the rude attitude of the attendant helping me, I only gave one star.
This jiffy lube has been anything but a pleasant experience. I will not be returning here

I drive a lot for my business so I know the fast and furious places to get an oil change. This one I’d recommend to everyone. I was in and out in a short time on a Sunday. David was very attentive and knows his business. He was training Alex who wanted to be very helpful as well. I got a good deal in a very good amount of time and I’ll be going back there from now on. Because of the service I received today, I’ll be going back there every time. Thank you gentlemen.

Excellent Shop and Excellent staff. I got my oil changed, transmission fluid changed and some lights replaced. They did a great job and looked for all the specials/​discounts they could get for me so my price was nice too. I’ll definitely go back.

Nice guys, but waited 1.5 hours for an oil change. They did not tell me it would take that long. There were only 2 cars ahead of mine.

I’ve always had a good experience here. The people who work at Jiffy Lube are very helpful and have a good personality. I never dread going in. They’re straightforward about the wait time and will suggest other nearby places to better assist your schedule.
The downside is this place is always busy, right when I get off work, but that doesn’t affect the service and work they do.

Worst auto experience ever.
I came in expecting a quick service. Turns out there was about an hour and a half wait which was expected with how many vehicles they had lined up.
I spoke to two employees who kept passing me off on the other. It took about 30 minutes of waiting, being told «I’ll be right with you» before someone even took down my information. While I was waiting, I asked one employee if he could help me and he replied «that’s not my job.»
Once I finally was being helped by a sassy 17 year old who had been passing me off on his coworker, it was still unpleasant. He asked what kind of oil I wanted and I told him that I didn’t know to which he rolled his eyes. I asked when my vehicle would be finished to which he said «I don’t know, come by before 7 when we close»
This Jiffy Lube has 0 competence when it comes to customer service or respect for their customers time. They seem to be overwhelmed and under staffed. Take your business elsewhere, I know I will.

Update: I was told to provide jiffy lube with a phone number and time I could be reached, which I did. I received an email asking for the store # (why would I know this?). I provided the address, to which they said they’d «forward my experience to regional training managers». So it seems that they reply to Unilocal reviews to appear as if they’re going to make it right then do nothing. Wasted my time emailing back and forth.

Never again. Been to Jiffy lube for my last 3 oil changes. Each time I go, I ask for the «same service as last time» yet the price goes up each time. What started at $ 79 ended at $ 120 this last time. Do not count on them following your service record because apparently choosing to upgrade you to the next level of synthetic oil without asking is ok business practice. At the price of $ 120, I may of well gone to the freakin dealer and been harassed about upgrading my new car already. This is an OIL CHANGE people… over $ 100? What a joke. I have all three invoices lined up and it’s quite entertaining to see how differently they chose to charge me each time.

I stopped by Jiffy Lube last week for my routine oil change. I don’t have a particular location that I frequent because they have so many convenient locations. I also know that my history is on file at all of them. My license plate numbers had changed since my last visit. Sasha had no problem locating my information in their system. After a quick safety inspection I was called out to go over the results. I was informed that I had several lights out on the back of my vehicle. I didn’t really believe him because I wasn’t aware I had that many lights on the back of my vehicle. I had him show me. Of course he was right. He gave me a fantastic deal on those bulbs. Of course I was getting a full synthetic oil change so he had better right? My engine coolant was low and they topped that off for like $ 5. I had my own air filter and they also installed that for free. I actually had forgotten I had it but the guy vacuuming the back seat of my car found it and asked if I wanted it put in. Very helpful and it saved me $ 30 because I was going to buy the one from them. I spent about around a $ 110 bucks after the $ 10 off coupon that I found online while waiting in the lobby watching How to Train your Dragon 2 on the TV. I only got to watch about 20 minutes of it because they had me out that fast. I will probably actually go back to this location for my next oil change. Thanks for such a wonderful experience guys.

First experience here, but I will be back! Super friendly guys and helpful. I have been to the woodinville location a couple of times and am always treated like an idiot because I don’t buy into their «this needs to be fixed, and this… and this…». Thankful that there are some nice people here! All I needed was my blinker fixed but I will be coming here for my oil and filter changes from now on.

Quick, easy, no pressure — gave me a few recommendations but no hard sell like you usually expect. Thanks!

I had my oil changed here today and it took a little while but the service was great, my car came back to me clean, newly vaccuumed and the windows were washed. The young man who helped me was friendly and polite. I really like this company and the experience.

Be careful ! They didn’t plug my fan back in when changing a filter and it is costing me $ 1700 in repairs because my car overheated. THANK YOU JIFFY LUBE

I’ve had multiple experiences at this Jiffy Lube. I’ve had multiple questionable things happen here that I won’t go in to in this forum. «Scammed» is a correct word to be using, in my opinion. I won’t be back.
There’s a movie that all the staff, including the Manager, should watch. It is called «Flywheel.» Perhaps they could learn a lesson about how to do business the right way. If they learned this lesson I would consider returning. However, last time I was there I was ripped off and the PUSHY man doing the ripping was both ignorant and telling lies.
I have NO PATIENCE for liars and/​or poor business practices!!! Learn to tell the truth, people!!!

This place is a total scam. They lied about the price, got mad when I questioned them and were hostile. Do not use them. We usually take our cars to the dealership for service which is cheaper and better!

Right, I just did.
A normal oil change without the SYN upgrade normally cost less than 30 dollars, any gas station would give you that price.
I normally go to the local 76 gas station for an oil change but this time they are all booked out and I can kinda tell an oil change is needed immediately.
So I submitted, I went to the nearest Jiffy Lube.
The cheapest oil they charge costs 46dollars, and because I am driving a Lexus I need to upgrade the oil level, which according to their standard, will cost 69 dollars.
Somehow they also found that my airfilter needs to be replaced…
My bill turns out to be 127 dollars, for a single oil change.

Ever single time i take my car here, I SWEAR my check engine light comes on a day later and takes about 5 – 7 days for it to turn back off. I don’t know if its because they always bump the sensor or they put too much oil in.
They get you in and out of there in 30 minutes and when you decide last minute to leave town the next day and got to eastern washington, it is what it is.
Just avoid the plus ups they try and get you on. They are big on that.

It’s hard to get to four stars, or be a fan of Jiffy Lube, but this place is good. The staff didn’t try to pressure me to upgrade stuff or get services that I didn’t want to get. I was in and out quickly and happy with the results.
Only down side, their vacuum was broken the week I went in, so I couldn’t get my car cleaned. Hopefully, they will get that fixed soon?

This is the best Jiffy Lube i’ve ever been too. Period. I was greeted nicely by a young man who told me someone would be with me immediately, and he meant it. I got 4 people doing old change on my car, vacuuming it and I swear, they were all singing while working on my car! I was offered coffee as well. The place is very clean and neat. I was done within 15 minutes. They also had $ 10 discount promotion which is even better! But that’s not what completely win me: before I hit the next 3,000 miles or 3 months mark, I could come in and ask to «top it off», aka refilling windshield fluid, oil etc FREE OF CHARGE. I am cheap and I’ve completely been won.
I appreciate the work and they have made my day. Thank you the gentlemen at Jiffy Lube!!!

Maybe I’m not picky about my oil changes, but they were very nice here and seemed like they knew what they were doing.
Waiting area smelled vaguely like bathroom.
Fast service. Found an online coupon for $ 18 off an oil change, so look before you go!
