Nail & Spa on 85^th (same parking lot at PetSmart) HOLY PARADISE!!! I was in desperate need of a pedi and the spot I used to go to in Kirkland was closed. I wasn’t quite sure at first because this place is very small from the outside. But once inside… WOW! Quiet, calm spa music, not much talking, super clean and tasteful décor. But wait, there’s more!!! The service was impeccable! I judge pedi’s pretty harshly and if you skimp on massage I pretty much won’t come back. This massage was every bit as good as any I’ve ever had before. But wait, there’s still more!!! Not just they typical clip & scrub, but a paraffin dip, peppermint wax, hot stones, the works!!! Add on the shellac and it’s a mere $ 50. Best pedicure I’ve had in years (and I’m a one a month kind of girl).

I came here today for a mani and pedi. The massage seats are nice but we waited for 15 – 20 minutes when they said 5 – 10. They spend a long time massaging and did a good job painting. The lady asked me if I wanted a deluxe pedi for 5 more dollars and I said sure and then I asked if my total would be 35 and she said yes. I go to pay for my nails and another lady tells me it’s 45 $. I told her the other lady told me it was 35 and she apologized and said it was a mistake and that the girl didn’t know I was getting a manicure too even though when I walked in they asked me what I wanted and I said mani pedi. They admitted it was their fault and STILL made me pay 45 $. That is not how you treat customers! 10 $ is a big difference and that wasn’t fair at all. Not coming back ever after they played me like that. Learn how to run a business!

I have been in here 3 times now, alone and with my sister. Every service has been excellent, but my most recent visit has been my favorite yet.
I went in for an acrylic full set, and asked for something… a little different. Not only was my unusual request completed beautifully, but before we got started she told me to tell her if I didn’t like them any step along the way because she would fix it. Not that I had to say a word, her work was beautiful.
That might not seem like much but after getting services at so many places that ignore my requests or are bothered by my asking for something that’s not quite right to be adjusted, I was so happy to get exactly what I wanted from someone who was cheerful and cared about the final result.
Excellent.

Nancy and Linh are the best! I’ve been coming here for a few months and they are the go to place for my nails.
The deluxe pedicure is amazing. When it comes to acrylics both Nancy and Linh are skilled and fast! Every time I get a new set I always get compliments and people ask where I get them done.
Nails and spa has a wide variety of nail polish colors as well as shellac. I really like how they keep up on the color trends and have new inventory.
The customer service here is spot on. They are really great at making sure their clients are happy. I’ve noticed especially on busy days like Saturday’s they work well as a team to get clients in and out promptly.

The girls here did a great job :) I needed an acrylic fill and they got me in quickly and did a beautiful job re-​shaping and polishing. They were all very nice, too! They were closing for the night and instead of rushing me out, the woman doing my nails took her time and made sure my nails were perfect and dry before I left. Will be back for my next fill!

Love this place! Nancy & Lin are the best! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The prices perfectly and affordably reflect the quality of their work. The place is very spacious and right next to Tuesday Morning and Petco if you need to kill some time waiting as a walk-​in. They take card and offer many services.

My first time and it was amazing! It was clean, quiet and relaxing. I had a deluxe pedi and will be back for sure!

WORST MOST TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE. I get a mani pedi every two weeks. I went to this place with a friend for a girl date after she had heard good things. Well… I left crying for the first time in my life and called an über Bc I couldn’t even wait for my friend to be done. She cut my nail completely crooked after I said don’t cut it. First she lied and said she didn’t when I saw her do it… Then she said she did it Bc it was broken… Lying is a bad side. So then she cut the side of it and my toe started bleeding and now 2 days after it hurts to walk so it could be affected. They charged me $ 28 for a pedi and polish change which is a rip Bc it’s $ 30 for both but sense I didn’t trust her touching my fingers after my horrible experience and just wanted to leave they charged me only $ 2 less after they butchered my toe and made me cry. I honestly don’t know why I paid. I can’t even look at my feet I get so upset and I’m going on vacation next week. Thank you for giving me the worst pedicure. Your license should be revoked and you should be labeled as a cruel butcher shop.

I am disappointed to say that I revoke my previous reviews and recommendations and have to give this place one star.
About 6 months ago, the management changed. Initially this change was good, because they didn’t over promise customers, and we’re about to get you in and out much faster. But, six months in, all of the technicians have left and been replaced with new people. I even sat next to someone getting her nails done by someone on a job interview. Literally had not done nails before and was asked to do shellac as part of her interview. Yikes.
During a recent pedicure, another new employee went to town on my nails– and not in a good way. She literally cut my nail in half vertically and pulled it off. I only had half of my toe nail left! Despite my screams of pain, pulling away, and my poor bleeding toe, she would not stop. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
The shellac that used to last for a month, now barely lasts two weeks. The prices increase every time I go back, and are now about double what they used to be. And worst of all, the punch card is no longer good for a free entrée at the Phở House.
Time to find a new go to place.

I found this place by accident and almost didn’t go in because they closed in 25 minutes and another place had rudely turned me away because they were closing in 35 min. The women were super friendly and didn’t care that it was close to closing. Nancy did a great job and she is really funny. I will be getting my nails done here again,

The worst pedicure of my life! After trimming the end of my toe off with the nail clippers she kept forgetting which bottle of Polish was my color… This kept happening because after she applied polish to each toe she would then have to remove the excess polish from around the edges and instead of leaving the polish out she kept putting it back in the basket of 20+ polish colors. I can only hope that this was her first pedicure.

These ladies are wonderful! Both my mom and sister started coming here recently after following a gal here from her old salon (I can’t recall her name). They always tell me to come here, but I live in Juanita so I tend to stick closer to my house. But, after today I will definitely continue to come here.
Tonight my husband and I drove by here at 6:45pm on the way up the hill to check their hours, as I wanted to get my nails done tonight but figured most places were closing. This salon is tucked away between Petco/​Tuesday Morning and a little Teriyaki place. So, as we slowly drove by them to look at their sign, one of the gals was looking out the window and saw us and waved at us to come in. They were very welcoming and said they could get me in for a pedicure and shellac, even though they closed at 7:30pm. I got shellac from Nancy and I didn’t catch the gals name who did my deluxe pedicure (I don’t think I can go back to the standard pedicure now that I’ve experienced the deluxe!). Both did a great job, checking in and asking how I was doing and making sure I liked everything. They even stayed open 15 minutes late to finish up my nails– thanks again! When my husband picked me up, he said I looked like I had massage fog :) They did a wonderful job and I highly recommend Nancy. All of the gals here were friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend you stop by and visit them.

Seems these ladies deserve a update review. I’ve been three times now, and have been pleased each time with the careful gel mani and today I also had a very good pedi. While the spa chairs are not as plush as some, they are clean and the ladies are very nice. Each does a great job, and one is real nail artist. I’ve seen some really skillful designs and today got a little heart myself. They are truthful about the wait, and I notice people are willing to wait for this salon.

I sadly have to change my review. The best nail techs have left. There is a new manager, she’s not the greatest. Every time she wanted my feet back in the water she would pick it up By my ankle and throw it back. Left feet in paraffin wax for about 10 seconds (no joke!)
Prices have gone up in the last month too.
Not impressed.

I won’t go back– I called ahead to ask if they have the CND shellac because that’s the one I like, that I know will come off well and won’t damage my nails: they said yes, I booked an appointment. The tech was very nice, did a great job up until it came time to apply the shellac… when she grabbed gelish base coat to go with my CND shellac. i said no, I want CND shellac and she insisted that it was (it’s not) and we went back and forth multiple times until I gave in. Looking around I don’t think they even stock the CND base and top coat! Long story short my nails started chipping in 3 days (shellac usually lasts me 2 weeks and I have to have it removed because it’s growing out) and I can see the gelish peeling off layers of my nails. NOT HAPPY, won’t go back!

Enjoyed my pedicure very much. I explained I had had ankle surgery and the technician was extremely gentle with that area. Loved being able to walk in without an appointment. Wish I lived closer or I would be here much more often’

–Here’s the scoop, they must have done a big push to get more customers because they’re always way too busy
–Even if you have an appt, you are NOT guaranteed to get your services at that time. AND, they have the same # of technicians! regardless if it’s a weekend or afternoon during the week. Hire more people, people!
Here’s what happened:
–went in, said I had myself for shellac & pedicure
–also a manicure for my 16 year old & polish for my 5 year old
–they said come back in around 30 mins-​cool we’ll go walk around Tuesday Morning & Petco
–Got back, sat down.
–Got the pedicure & started the manicure part of my shellac.
–My girls were done & I’m still waiting on shellac to be applied.
–Waited at least 15 mins to have the guy in the shop apply it.
–Got a color they said was «brand new», ok cool.
–Got done, left to retrieve the kids from Petco.
–Get in the car & almost on 405 & realize that my nails look & feel sticky & are already PEELING off in one sheet. This is 15 mins after!!!
Awesome. Are we sure this is brand new shellac?
Go back, they’re busy as all hell. The guy that applied it is looking at the owner lady like he has no idea what happened. Then, they start arguing back & forth in Vietnamese with one another. He’s gesturing towards me & I’m still standing there in the middle of a full shop of other ladies waiting.
Sit down they out my hands in those foil wraps to get the shellac off. I’m left for well over 15 mins again, all while my kids are waiting in the car.
–I finally take the shellac OFF MYSELF, because dude left me there all pissed off.
–They try to convince me to stay-​but honestly I have waited long enough, wanted it done right the first time & I’m DONE!!!
Never going back. Not spending another dime there. I went there without fail once every 2 weeks for the past 6 months.
ADVICE to OWNERS:
–HIRE more PEOPLE, and you’ll have more loyal customers
–teach ALL of your technicians to do shellac correctly
–buy new shellac & polish, most of their regular polish is gooey & not new colors

New owners… best pedicure around! 12 newer massage chairs, open until 7 pm! Pedicure includes orange scrub leg massage and warm parafin wax as well as great care of cuticles and bottom foot scrub.
The gal who did the flower is a true artist. Loved it!

Luck was not on my side when I came here. It was a sad day for my hands. And feet.
What went wrong:
— The (kind) man giving me a pedicure was tasked with helping not one, not two, but THREE customers at the same time. He was alternating between me and two others. If I were time-​constrained, this would have been even more frustrating.
— One of the employees decided to come «clean up» all of the nail polish bottles at each pedicure station… and swiped mine while my guy was up to help another customer. So when he returned, he had to track it down.
— My full set is without a doubt the worst full set I’ve ever had done. I ask for pink powder instead of white, to give it color. ALL other nail salons know to give white tips regardless if pink powder is used for the lower-​two thirds. I realized she was putting polish on without doing the white tip… it was too late to change it, AND she wanted to charge more. Right after I just tipped her too… dumb me.
— The woman doing my full set stopped mid-​way to complain to her customers about the customer before me. I get that the customer before me was a complete b*tch, but please don’t delay my services so you can vent. Save that for later.
What was good:
The cost for the pedicure and full set came to $ 50. That’s pretty inexpensive in comparison to other salons. But, I’d rather pay more for better quality.
