I hate giving below 4 stars reviews but then I don’t like mediocre work or customer service either. Despite purchasing ‘The Works Plus’ (~$ 32 plus tax) my car was not cleaned to my expectations-​there were bug marks left on the front, and the lower areas of the car like below the doors, and the area when the door is open was not even touched. This was a trial run for me; I was looking for a place where I could come back for auto detailing but i was disappointed here.

Fast, great price, great service. Not much else to say. I’ve gone here 3 times (the right amount to review places.) and will continue to use them.

I am impressed! I dropped a comforter off to them last April and forgot all about it. I did have my receipt, which was odd, it was hiding in my purse. But even if I hadn’t had it he had my comforter sitting up there at the front right on top like he knew I was coming in after all this time. Maybe that has something to do with the weather I’m not sure. Either way I’ll be sleeping warmer and a nice clean comforter tonight. Also, he showed me a bunch of comforters that he’s been holding onto for years. So if you have left something there in the past, go check it out, he probably still has it.

First dry cleaners I’ve ever been to! I love coming here for the customer service! Great people, who do a great job on my work clothes. I joke with the owner how he makes my clothes look better then when I first got them! Definitely come here!

This business is a treasure. The father and daughter who run the cleaners are hard-​working, kind, polite, and go out of their way for their customers. I had taken a wool dress to another cleaners, and they shrank it. I brought it to Mansur and said, how did this happen? He told me the other cleaners had washed it even though I had specifically requested dry cleaning (dry cleaning fluid is very expensive). He invited me into the back of the shop, where he blocked it out carefully on his steam machine until it fit perfectly. He really saved my dress. And he wouldn’t let me pay him for the work. I learned my lesson and now bring all my dry cleaning business here.
Fatima, who does beautiful alterations (I have brought her business for 10 years), now has Rose Hill Cleaners as her place of business, but she does her work at home, where she has space for her various sewing machines. If you want to see her, it is best to call ahead and make (and keep!) an appointment with her. Customers, below, who gave Fatima a bad rating perhaps didn’t understand that. Furthermore, if you need something altered or cleaned by a deadline, be sure and request that up front. When I have needed something in a hurry, both Mansur and Fatima have gotten the work done perfectly, on time, and last time it was even early.

Helped me with a last minute jacket alteration before a wedding. Fair price and great service!

Such a wonderful family owned business! Every time I go in I am greeted by either the owner or his daughter with a smile and a «Hello Jim How are you today»? I have no idea how they remember both mine and my wife’s names, but they have since day one and that means a lot to me.
As far as the quality of their work, I regularly get my suites and dress shirts cleaned here and have always been very happy with their work. We have also taken in delicate items such as a handmade blanket that my wife’s departed Grandmother left her. We needed it cleaned because our puppy had an accident on it. It came back in perfect condition!

When I move into a community I’m looking for a few things: a coffee shop, a grocery store and a dry cleaner. I have been in the sales business for over two decades and I have had a mountain of dry cleaning done. Let me assure you that Mansur runs the best service that I have ever had. Wonderful family run business, highly recommend.

I’m not giving a 5 because this was my first visit and, for all I know, could have been a total fluke of a wonderful experience. =) I’ll up this to a 5 once I visit a few more times with the same results.
OVERVIEW: This cleaners seems to run on integrity, with a clear emphasis on customer satisfaction. They were able to return my white cocktail dress (many blemishes mixed with tons of layers and fabric folds to maneuver) to better than its original glory on short NYE-​weekend notice.
I was turned down by two other nearby cleaners when I needed my NYE dress cleaned by Monday (turned it in on a Friday). They said they didn’t do weekends.
I tried Rose Hill for the first time and not only found it to be clean and inviting (really above par), but found the man working the desk to be extremely accommodating. (I think he was the owner). Not only did he say the timing would be no problem, but he went to the back to remove a small stain when I inquired if it was something he thought could be fixed. This showed a clear desire on his part to meet my needs, not just a desire to get my cash in his drawer (I’ve never had a cleaner volunteer to do a free on-​the-​spot stain removal to gain my trust).
I returned to pick up my white cocktail gown to find it in better shape than it was when I bought it from BCBG (it was on the sale rack, to be fair, lol). The bust was even stuffed with tissue paper to hold out the shape! This dress has intricate folds and layering and was pressed to perfection.
The total was $ 15.
I expressed to the man (same as drop off) that I appreciated they run their machines on Saturdays (unlike the other cleaners I visited) and he said, «absolutely! We run them on Sundays, too.»
This is my new cleaner. The other places treated me like a commodity. This one treated me like a valued customer.

I’ve taken my clothes here a few times and they have always gotten them cleaned on time and well. Recently, I took my clothes to them very late before leaving on vacation and asked them if they could please turn it around by the next business day, and the lady agreed to do so even though their business was to be closed the next day due to one of their holidays. I have had nothing to complain about yet. Not sure why others are so vehemently oppossed to them, though it’s curious that they recommend competitors.

I’ve always had excellent service from them. They’ve fixed several garments that needed mending and my clothes always come out nicely cleaned. I’ve taken my clothes to the places that are really cheap and I find all they do is press my clothes without cleaning them. It’s worth it to pay a little more to know the job is done right.

They have terrible service here. I’ve been here several times to get my husband’s shirts dry cleaned and and my pants hemmed, and I have always run in to problems with them which always leads into a quarrel of some sort. You’d think dropping off clothes to get dry cleaned or altered would be the least of your worries. Don’t waste your time or money coming here!!!
