One of our talented jewelry designers will work with you to make sure that your piece of jewelry meets or exceeds all your expectations. We carry the Seattle areas largest supply of in-​stock, certified loose diamonds. Our GIA Graduate Gemologist can help you select from over $ 3 million dollars in inventory, every day. All jewelry manufacturing and full repair services are offered on-​site. We offer you the opportunity to recycle, refine and re-​use your gold and materials to make you a new beautiful piece of jewelry and save you money. Full watch repair and appraisal services and insurance replacement services also available.

Warren Jewelers is a custom jewelry design and jewelry manufacturing company that calls Seattle home since 1973 and conveniently located in Kirkland, Washington and Burlington, Washington. Offering quality products and outstanding service has been our goal since the store first opened. Our mission is to show our customers how affordable large diamonds and jewelry can be and to create the desire to own and enjoy fine jewelry.

Mark O.

Manager

Mark Osborn is a GIA Graduate Gemologist with over 30 years of jewelry design and gemological experience. He uses his knowledge of gems to purchase large quantities of loose diamonds and gemstones and with the help of our staff of salespeople, designers and goldsmiths, Warren Jewelers manufactures our own jewelry on site. Mark is an expert in antique jewelry and insurance appraisals and replacements. He has won design awards for his innovative jewelry designs.

My diamond ring and diamond wrap needed a tuneup and Tom Rohe (Jewelry Designer) was able to assess the piece and tell me what needed to be done. My ring was ready sooner than I anticipated. The staff is friendly and welcoming, location very convenient. I now have a great resource when my jewelry needs expert work.

Very pleased today! My re-​molded wedding ring is beautiful. Thank you, Emiko, for working with me.
The channels flanking either side of my center diamond had worn down. Emiko suggested re-​molding the ring which would be less expensive than building up the channels. Because I had some un-​used gold at home, I was able to add weight to the ring, too, and off-​set the cost.
Your jeweler completed it in a short time so I am able to wear it on a trip to New England.

I have used this jewelry store for years… always friendly service and they do absolutely beautiful work. I just had my wedding ring designed after 25 years, and it is gorgeous — I couldn’t be happier with it. Emiko Greenidge was great to work with — high recommend this store over the chain outfits at the malls.

$ 15,000+ princess cut diamond GONE thanks to their handy work. I have had my wedding ring for many many years. Noticed the main stone (prongs and all) was loose back in April. I took it in to have it reset and got it back 5÷6÷15. Stephanie said, and I quote «No problem, we will make the ring as good as knew and it will NEVER come loose again». 9 weeks later (yesterday) my stone (prongs and all) and is now GONE/​LOST. After realizing that I do not have a separate policy for my ring (was somehow missed 2 years ago when we renewed all our policies), I called them this morning and asked if they «warranty their repair service» — they said YES and to bring it in. I bring it in (still in tears over the heartbreak of losing my diamond) and they tell me so sorry, there is nothing we can do because we only warrant our repair — what does that even mean? Your repair FAILED! The manager had no compassion at all — all he did was try and tell me how to go after my insurance company while Stephanie sat by in silence — obviously embarrassed at her broken promise. Bottom line, they screwed up and could not even apologize for it. Aside from the sentimental value and devastation of losing such a valued piece, Warren Jewelers did a beyond poor repair job and showed no remorse or solution to this. They are responsible and should replace my diamond. Everyone I have talked to and told the story is disgusted with their behavior and lack of desire to make this right. I am beyond disappointed that out of all the jewelers out there, I choose them with such a valued piece of my life. Time to get lawyers involved…

Went in to have an ‘update’ to my engagement ring. Their amazing staff (especially Norlonna) was able to sit down with me and help design a new custom made ring. They were able to take my scattered ideas and create this beautiful ring! They nailed it! Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Still stare at my ring everyday

Warren Jewelers was not very professional. I bought a chain there for my boyfriend. It arrived in a week. Got the chain and it wasn’t the size shown the chain was completely off. I went and returned it to exchange it. The next day our chain got tangled we Went in to fix it. They helped and supported me and told me they will take care of it right away and exchange it it will be in in a «month». So about a month later when they still didn’t have it, then told us Friday then told me on Saturday they would never be able to get it and could again exchange it or get my money back. That was my first time buying from a jewelers, and that was a very bad experience. They are unprofessional, and suspicious Jeweler store, for having such a seemingly nice people working their.

I went in for a white gold unity ring sizing. The price I was quoted was unbelievably high. They were going to charge me $ 90 to size it down. Another $ 80 to rhodium plated it. And another $ 90 to tighten the stones. The three princess cuts are in channels on each side of the diamond. That is absolutely usually included in the price of the sizing. I was a store manager for a much nicer and higher-​end Jewelers in California for 11 years. It’s a given you’re going to have to tighten the stones a little bit when you heat the ring. I cannot believe how adamant they were about it. When I questioned or tried to explain my point, she got kind of nasty with me. Our prices in Orange County were a quarter of what this jewelry store is charging.
I took my ring into a mall and found a reputable jeweler and left it with them and they ended up charging me $ 43 for the total job. Please shop around if you’re getting a quote on any jewelry or any repair from this establishment. They are a complete rip off.
I will say that I met the jeweler and he seem like a nice man. I will never go back in that store. I really didn’t feel like they ever wanted me back in that store. It was not a good experience at all.

My mother and I both had significant repairs done for 2 rings; diamond and sapphire, and wedding ring. Had it not been pointed out that we needed the repairs, we might have lost diamonds from the settings. The repairs made the rings like new.
Additionally, I had my engagement ring remade; it was surprisingly less expensive to do so than repair it. The mounting was recast and made identical to the original design, housing my large center stone diamond with baguettes at the sides. I didn’t know that this could be done, and it is nice to know that the sentimental value of having the same gold and diamonds from the day of my wedding is intact, even with making it anew.
We are very pleased with the final outcome of our rings, mostly because of the knowledge and recommendations made by the excellent staff at Warren Jewelers.
In fact, we were so pleased that my husband and I later had a custom ring made from an inherited piece left by my father-​in-​law. I will write a separate review for this.

I have only had jewelry fixed here and have yet to purchase anything-​however, I do plan to purchase a necklace and a pair of earrings I saw.
Fernando has been the individual I have interacted with to fix and resize some pieces. GREAT customer service. Amazing work they’ve done and very affordable. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

I had 3 good-​sized diamonds which came out of a heavy gold ring that was over 60 years old. I wanted a necklace made. I was told that the gold in my ring would be used to make the necklace (ha). After 2 tries at making a decent necklace that would lie flat against my throat, I gave up and used a ready-​made pendant. – They charged an an outrageous amount of money for my diamonds and my gold in an already made setting. It was robbery! I wanted by gold back but, of course, it was gone. I feel cheated.

My fiancé and I designed our ring with Warren Jewelers… working specifically with Sue. They are in Washington. We are in California… so, with this scenario, one would think it would be extremely frustrating communicating long distance about something so important. Warren Jewelers designed my engagement ring… and it turned out ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! It is EXACTLY what I wanted and imagined. They were able to take my idea for a ring and make it a fabulous reality.
Sue responded to our emails very promptly. When Sue wasn’t in, we worked with Heather and she was great, too! Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Sue was willing to take pictures of anything we wanted and send us information on sizing and quality, etc… We are not very educated on fine jewelry, and the team at Warren Jewelers was very helpful and made sure to get us the best bang for our buck. We had a budget we wanted to stay in, and we actually came in below budget and still got what we wanted. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the product they created just for us.
My setting had to be modified to add in the sapphires. They did a fabulous job setting these stones.
I will be using them to make my wedding band, when the time comes… and I’m sure many many more jewelry items in the future.

A day after my review was posted I received a call from Mark. He believed that everything was okay since I had picked up the ring. I explained that I didn’t know about the «new» problems until I was home with my ring. I shared my experience with their repairs and workmanship and he apologized and offered to ‘make it right’. Since the ring was already at another jeweler for repairs, they gave me a refund. However, Mark also asked me to remove my review for the refund. I declined that offer. I’d like to add that this was a custom ring and the way they addressed repairs was not comparable to the original work on the ring – in fact in my non-​jeweler opinion, what they did was comparable to a class on jewelry making… very poor quality. I’ve lost part of my ring forever. I’ve since picked it up from the new jeweler who did repairs… while it is as good as it can be, it is a reminder of the changes that were put in place by Warren jewelers. I suspect it will take some time before I look at my wedding ring and not cringe at this experience.

love love love my ring! I went in to have my wedding ring redesigned so that it could include my grandma’s diamond. Dani was wonderful! She help me decide the design based on what I kind of had in mind. She was very knowledgeable and I really appreciated her guidance. When I went to pick it up — she (and everyone else in the store!) was genuinely excited for me! Such a fun experience… and the ring is stunning!

Went in for a repair to a platinum ring. They didn’t know the difference between platinum and white gold and kept trying to tell me it was white gold.
Then they tried to convince me that it’s not possible to fix platinum at all.
Then they tried to get me to trade it in for a white gold ring (severely overpriced) that was worth about ¼ of my ring, and still had a $ 2200 balance after the trade with a PLATINUM RING. .
I didn’t make a scene. But seriously, that’s bad. I have to explain that it’s platinum and that yes platinum is workable/​fixable and you’re going to give me a trade that makes it equal to silver. Wow.

DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES — THEIR WEBSITE IS MISLEADING
I live out of state and found a fantastic ring on Warren Jewelers website. After speaking with Sue Osborn several times about some design modifications that I wanted, she took a $ 500 deposit and started work on the piece.
When I was sent pictures of what they considered to be the finished ring, they bore almost no resemblance to the high quality piece on their site. After being referred to Warren’s Master Goldsmith, I learned that the pictures on the site are computer generated representations and could not be produced in their facility. It seems to me that showing the picture of something that you cannot deliver is highly unethical and borderline illegal.
If you think I am just a random nutcase with nothing better to do than bash small businesses, check out the pictures I posted or I suggest that you go to the Warren website and look in the daffodil collection tab — the ring is the LB02B. Then send them an email and have them forward you the picture of the ring they made for me on 8÷9÷11 (I’m guessing they won’t) — you be the judge.
Since being denied a refund of my deposit i have disputed the charges with my CC company and will be filing with the BBB.
If you feel the need to do business with Warren, please don’t do it over the web as their site depicts items that they cannot make — go to the store and have an independent appraisal done if you do buy anything.
