Crecom Locksmith is trying to deliver the professional locksmith service to public directly without a middleman. We also are one of subcontractors of the big locksmith dispatching company. We are state licensed and carry 2 million dollar liability insurance to be qualified to large scale jobs as well. I am a 54 year old man and have 2 sons. I used to run a small advertising agency for 20 years before starting my locksmith career 2 years ago. I’m trying very hard to build up my reputation of a good locksmith. I work 7 days a week and take emergency jobs anytime of the day. I used to enjoy doing handyman jobs on my house as a hobby but my current hobby is developing new locksmith techniques and safe cracking LOL.

Got lock out of my office for first time today after work. Somehow i have to go back in. Darn it! got locked out. One of my employee has spare but it was kind late so I called a Locksmith near by and Crecom showed up. Called and showed up less than 20 minutes and about few minutes i could go in. Fastest service ever and did not charge that much even it was 12:30 AM. I was expecting more than $ 200 around due to after-​hour but i paid 3 times less than what I expected. Also really friendly and fastest service ever. Highly Recommended A+++ if you need a Locksmith near Fullerton, La Habra, OC area call James. You should know what I mean. Thank you once again.

Needed some work done on our lock at my business. James was there in 20 minutes after first calling him. He was prompt and got the job done quickly. He did try to sell me on something I didn’t think we needed at the moment. I declined the extra work, but hey, it is a business right?
Overall I am satisfied and am thankful to have someone local available to us.

James re-​keyed our house, adjusted a few tight doorknobs my husband and I installed, and added strike plates where they were missing. He arrived on time for our appointment. But the biggest plus was that he went above and beyond to help us fix one of our antique door knobs. Even though he stayed quite a bit longer than expected, he only charged us his standard rate, which is very reasonable. We definitely plan on using him again.

Horrible service I locked myself out of my home and called this guy because of his reviews. Sure enough he damages my front door and then to proceeds to try to open the side door because it was to hard to open the front??? Anywho he still charged me 60 bucks now I have to replace my door lock and buy 5 sets of keys… Still no discount and wouldn’t lower price because he said his tool is still stuck in the locking system… Save your money…

James is amazing! He completed a large job at my place of employment. We needed 50 lockers to be reconfigured from key locks to dial locks. When our old locksmith said the job would be expensive and time consuming, I called Crecom to get a second opinion. James was able to complete the job within a few days! He is fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. James has become our go to locksmith.

James changed out teh locks in two doors in under an hour. He even gave some advice on the locks that were replaced, I would definately give them a call again!!!

James did a great job with our mailbox. I had misplaced my key and these community mailboxes can be really difficult to deal with. It was a huge relief to have someone come out exactly when I could be at home on a crazy day and even when he had to get a specialized piece he stuck with his original quote. I would highly recommend him. And although I hope not to need a locksmith anytime soon, I will definitely call James :)

James was excellent!
He got to my home promptly, and assessed my needs. There was a slight challenge due to my locks being of different brand/​makes, but he was able to overcome that little hurdle by customizing each lock. I got three doors re-​keyed so I have one key for the entire house, which makes it easier to keep track of. James is an upstanding citizen who seems to care about what I wanted done, cared about our security concerns, and engaged in thoughtful conversation. Even my wife commented on how nice he was!
I highly recommend him if you need a trustworthy, knowledgable, professional and reliable locksmith.

I’ve been locked out for the whole weekend until James came and opened the door for me.
I called many places and most of them told me that they are not available for that day.(it was thanksgiving holiday). And then I called James, it was the first time I call him and he came to my place within an hour. He’s professional, It only yook him like 30 sec to open the door.
The price I’ll say it’s cheaper than most of the place, and his service definitely worth it!

My best experience with a locksmith. We had an urgent issue, requiring immediate professional attention, but a tight budget. James Kim at crecom went beyond our expectations.
PRICE: I’d say VERY competitively priced. More importantly, upfront with pricing with a very accurate diagnosis of problem despite my nonexistent locksmith vocab. Ended up paying exactly as quoted
QUALITY: great work, the door doesn’t budge one bit when closed. Added some extra touch, like oil on visible rust & clean up
RESPONSIVENESS: used A’s messaging system for initial contact & follow up via text. I’d say they had the best response time from all local vendors we’ve contacted. With relevant info & pricing
PUNCTUALITY: Precisely on time, even with rush hour traffic. Came all the way out to west LA!

Rarely am I this eager to write a review. James came by our house even before the appointment date because he thought he might need some more time. He then rekeyed 19, yes 19 locks in less than a couple of hours. He was so professional, friendly and best of all, VERY fair in his pricing. My wife also felt really comfortable with him in the house, he gives of a real trustworthy vibe. If only all home services could be like Crecom, the world would be a better place

Can’t believe Crecom Locksmith doesn’t have any reviews on Unilocal!This company is highly rated on Angie’s List where I found it (54 reviews, A rating). James is the owner, a very good locksmith, professional, and nice guy. He gave me a 1 hour window to show up (between 10 am and 11 am), and who does this nowadays? And then he showed up exactly at 10 am! His price was very reasonable, i.e., changed 7 door lock cylinders to work with one key, provided 4 key copies for these locks, picked one lock that was missing a key, and made 2 additional key copies for an outside side gate. He charged me just under $ 150. Will call him again in the future.
