Excellent pizza. Excellent customer service. The delivery is always much quicker than they said. Amazing pizza.

I have ordered delivery, had the lunch buffet and just ordered a pie for dine in. Dont be fooled by this dusty shoping center for it is a hidden treasure of good eats. The pizza is amazing and more than just a good local pizza. However the prices are a bit unreasonable, especially the toppings which i think on a large can be $ 2 each. They need to cut those toppings prices in half at least. Other than that they have the best jalepeño poppers and very cheap. 5 – 6 very large ones for 3.79. all the pasta is amazing that ive had at the lunch buffet, which is the best bang for your buck around 7 bucks all you can eat lunch buffet with most their menu items and assortment of pizza pies 11 – 2. Friendly and interactive staff as well. Last note, they have great ranch.

I went there for lunch because of the $ 6.99 buffet and when I walked in the price was actually $ 7.99 but on the window says 6.99 so I thought that was shady. Also it’s extra for a drink and if u want a paper cup to take your drink it’s even more so we ended up paying $ 20 for 2 people and I’m fine with spending $ 20 but the buffet was a joke it had a small salad bar, some cold flavorless wings, some pasta, and one semi warm pizza. Also the workers just stare at your hike you eat just a all around bad place

In the past I have tried other pizza places, such as Pizza Club(now closed), Michelangelo’s moved out of area in the 90’s. So I was left to try out the big chain restaurants. I had frequented another local pizzeria but that place quality went downhill after multiple owners. I was not a big fan of JoJo’s pizza either. I was hesitant on trying out Pappys Pizza at first. I figured it was just a continuation of JoJos. Boy was I wrong. For the price, quality and what you get you can’t beat it anywhere. It started out as 1 order every 3 months, then 1 order every month, now its been like every 2 – 3 weeks it seems. It is very delicious. After what I had paid at big chain pizzerias there is no going back to them. When I have Pappys close to where I live. Staff is friendly. Clean place. Always smiles from the staff. For what you would pay at the big chain restaurants. Those places cheap out on toppings. Not here. Here I am always amazed with the toppings, crust, taste, and everything else. Worth every penny. Now I am hungry and may plan on putting another order soon. Keep up the great work. The only two downsides are when the pizza is gone or when you get full.

Never disappoints with burnt crust or skimpy toppings. Just as good as Jo Jo’s pizza if not better in my opinion! Recently tried the BBQ pizza and the white garlic pizza and was a delicious switch from our usual pepperoni!

We had just missed the buffet time but got two lunch specials. We got the mega meat mini pizza(6 slices) and cheese ravioli. Pizza was good but it was the ravioli that was really fantastic… highly recommend. A drink came with each meal and also garlic bread came with the ravioli. Reasonable prices too. I am definitely going to come back here!

The best pizza in town. My wife doesn’t much care for pizza, but even she loved this place. Ingredients taste fresh and the pizza has just the right amount of sauce. I highly recommend ordering extra, so you can reheat it the next day and enjoy this delicious treat a second time around.

My brother and I were feeling like eating some pizza and we were glad to order from here! The pizza was delicious and way better than any of the chain pizza restaurants like domino’s, pizza hut, round table, etc. Ordered online on Unilocal and it was ready by the time specified. I will be ordering from here again.

I found Pappy’s Pizza on Unilocal, and after trying their Pizza Blanca and Hawaiian, I became a fan. It is now my go to pizza place for my family! I love their Pizza Blanca, and they are very generous with their toppings! So good!

We tried Pappy’s pizza and it was amazing! My husband is very particular about his pizza. We had been settling for other pizza places hoping the pizza would be better, with no luck. Pappy’s was great, and they deliver! We definitely will be ordering from here again

Pappy’s Pizza should be called Happy’s Pizza! You will exit this place happy! This place is really cool. I recommend lunch time’s destination to be here. The staff is really friendly and they prepare your food fast. If you have some time though, I suggest choosing the lunch buffet special. The buffet includes different topping pizzas, potato wedges, buffalo wings, two different pastas, and of course the most important part the salad! The taste of the food is really good too, especially the bacon pepperoni pizza! Yummy! There are plenty of tables to sit at and this place also includes arcade games, pretty cool feature. So sit back and be happy at Pappy’s Pizza!

Lots of garlic and quality toppings keep me coming back, even after a less-than-stellar effort. The best thing about Unilocal is that business owners and managers can read reviews, then act on them and fix what’s broken. After my last review about a burnt pizza, the manager happened to answer the phone. She knew who I was, and promised it would not be burnt this time. The crust and toppings were perfect. More importantly, we have a business that takes customers seriously. Thank you. Can’t decide between Pep & sausage and the pizza blanca, so I don’t. We always order extra for leftovers and lunches. Only this time my son beat me to the leftovers!

After moving to Brea a year ago, I have been excited to try as many of these small mom and pop-type restaurants in the area. I stumbled across Pappy’s one day while driving east on Lambert for an adult basketball league game in La Mirada. Random, I know! Anyways, I was craving pizza so I looked up the restaurant on here when I arrived at the gym that night and my girlfriend and I decided to give it a try yesterday, and it was well worth it! First off, the lunch buffet(which goes until 2 p.m.) is $ 6.99 so it’s hard to mess that up. In other words, for the price expectations should be low. However, I think the buffet, quality-wise, is better than Shakey’s(which is a similar price when you include the $ 2 soft drink at Pappy’s) but the selection was not. I guess it’s a quality over quantity type thing. They had two pizzas out at a time along with two different types of pasta, wings, salad, and a Mojo Potato-type thing. I tried a slice of each of the pizzas that were out(pepperoni, pepperoni and bacon, and some sort of folded stuffed pizza thing with cheese and jalapeños on the top and cheese and pepperoni in the middle. All were VERY good, but my favorite(and my girlfriend’s favorite) was the stuffed pizza concoction we had at the end. For all the pizza, the dough was particularly good as were the toppings and cheese. I actually really enjoyed the pasta as well. I only tried the one that had white sauce and was probably a fettuccine alfredo with broccoli, and it was also very good. I did not try the other pasta, which had red sauce, nor did I try the chicken. The salad and potatoes were basic and fine — no complaints with any of the food! They also brought out new pizza rather frequently, and it seems like the kind of place where you might even be able to ask the guy making the pizza for a particular request. There really aren’t many downsides here. If I were a snob I’d complain about the lack of pizza selection compared to Shakey’s, but for the price and quality it is well worth it to give Pappy’s a shot on «carb day!» :D

Awesome food! Great for a mom on a budget! The amount I would pay at Chuck E. Cheese’s I can get triple the food here at Pappy’s and the food is waaaaaaaaaaay better! In this hot weather, I don’t have to cook!!!

So my mother owned a pizzeria up north. I used to manage it. For those of you giving Pappys a bad review, I believe you would be unhappy with anything… Anywho The service is fantastic, the pizza is fresh and made with great ingredients. The dough is made the right way. I can’t tell you how many pizza spots destroy the dough. On top of all that they are great for parties and groups.

Delicious, as always I get it delivered 95% of the time. Always great service and people you can actually understand. Pizza is always delicious and fresh with crisp crust, toppings galore better than any average pizza place. Cheesecake from there is also delicious. Prices are decent for quality that you receive.

I waited until the 5th delivery order to review. Here it is. The generous high quality ingredients, spot on time delivery, and sharp telephone customer service have made this my favorite La Habra pizzeria. There is more than one great Italian restaurant and several top notch pizzerias in this vicinity. We are pretty fortunate. Pappy’s competes favorably in sauce mastery, meat and vegetable quality, and then is extra generous with toppings. Add in the delivery being on time or early 5 times in a row, and the fact that the telephone employees are smart and responsive is why Pappy gets my 5 stars. Well done. Check it out my Unilocaler friends.

Some of the best pizza around! Piping hot out of the pizza oven and onto your table! So cheesy and yummy in my tummy! All the ingredients taste fresh and they aren’t shy with them either! Sauce is perfect and the dough is always cooked just right and it’s the thickness that I love! Every employee I’ve come in contact with here has been nice and pleasant, seem to enjoy their jobs and working at the place. The restaurant is bigger than it seems from the outside and is great for large groups! I’ve never seen it dirty, it’s always clean and inviting. There are video games and several TVs on the walls too. There are a few beers on tap and some wines to choose from plus fountain sodas and fresh brewed iced tea. I’ve never tried it but there is a nicely priced lunch buffet… may be worth checking out if you are into that kind of thing. I know a couple friends who have gone during lunch and say it’s worth it and would definitely go again. I’m a huge fan of Pappy’s Pizza! CHEERS!
