Normally, we are busy with work or family and it’s hard to reserve a specific time to look just at ourselves. We worry about having a healthy meal or a good workout for the body. What about our inner self? Looking inside is a powerful mechanism to find contentment and to make the changes that we need in our lives. The Inner Self Workout is the first workout created for your inner self. You’ll learn simple ways to balance your everyday emotions, see your issues as a spectator, have fun, and relax. We practice simple techniques based on neuroscience, psychology and meditation techniques. We do not use physical exercises. Each class is different and surprising. Just 1h to be in harmony. Let’s gain happiness and build inner strength! Join us!

Our goal is to give to our clients the know-how that they need to experience a higher level of self-satisfaction, power and better comprehension about themselves and their full potential to accomplish their aspirations. Meet the Business Owner
Ester C.
Business Owner
Ester is Brazilian, a creative and radiant person who is passionate about learning and teaching. She has MBA in communication, experienced in creativity as an advertising professional, and teacher of meditation. She has studied Expressive Art Therapy (psychology), yoga, and practiced meditation through the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, great master of Kriya Yoga, for 15 years. She developed the unique concept «Inner Self Workout». She loves people, travelling, music, philosophy, and arts. «I am very excited about our new programs in La Jolla. I developed our methods according to my own challenges trying to find balance for my busy life. I realized that using techniques and being in an appropriate environment for self-improvement can empower us to go beyond any personal or professional limit. Our Meditation Class and the Inner Self Workout session were created for the modern life where the time that we have for ourselves is short and has to be well oriented.»
