Philly Cheesesteaks, both traditional and unique. Substitute chicken or tofu if you prefer and don’t forget the fries, onion rings, fruit and vegetable plates. We have craft soda as well as the standards and also have a rich, chocolate chip cookie to finish it off.
History
Established in 2015.
Philly Fusion has brought flavors from all over the world to the infamous Philly Steak sandwich. Of course we have traditional fare but we also offer so much more. We infuse housemade sauces into rib eye steak or chicken or you may substitute our vegetarian option of grilled firm tofu. We then cradle it in an authentic Amoroso roll or wrap it in Romero Royal Crown tortilla, your choice. We will even stuff it into a crispy red or green pepper if you want it low carb and refreshing.
At Philly Fusion, we strive to bring you the best and most delicious Philly Steak sandwich experience anywhere… and many of ours you can’t find anywhere else. We pride ourselves in using only the freshest ingredients available, we make our sauces from scratch and offer a variety of flavors not traditionally associated with the Philly Steak sandwich. Business Owner
Owner/Executive Chef John Slater has over 20 years experience in the restaurant industry from fast food to fine dining, having done everything from kitchen staff to serving as well as front of the house management. He brings a unique perspective having worked in kitchens all over the world and infused many flavors from across the globe into the Philly Fusion cuisine. Partnered with wife Nancy, together they have brought the famous Philly Cheesesteak to a new level of flavor and also offer sides and deserts that not only compliment but entice.
