If you are considering selling a home as a ‘short sale’ please call us for our guidence. We will work to negotiate money back to you from the lender and we will work to find you a new living situation.

First call your lender directly as you may be able to get them to work out a payment schedule that is to your benefit. If that does not work or if your lender suggests you sell the house as a short sale, then please do call us.

Lisa and Marcus have Listed and Sold numerous homes and condominiums in all kinds of markets. We have worked both as listing agents and as buyers agents. Overall we have done a good duty to our clients to get the best of the market for them. We prefer Win Win situations as that will usually be best for all parties involved.

Business Owner

Lisa is native to Southern California and holds Masters and Bachelors Degrees. Marcus Grew up in Southern California. Marcus started high school in Newport Beach and graduated High School as a member of the first graduating class of Laguna Hills High. Marcus started his real estate career in the early 1990’s and spent almost 20 years in the Middle East.
