Went to check out and saw a long line for the customer service and returns counter and was glad it was for Customer Service and Returns. Went to a check out counter and promptly was turned away because all customers checking out had go through the line for the Customer Service and Returns counter because it was ‘faster for everyone that way’. On a side note everyone in the super long line looked miserable. The people working the floor were nice enough to help out, when you could chase them down and get their attention.

I went in for a vacuum a month ago. Asked te customer service desk if they had anyone to help me get one that was a good 6 feet above my head, only to stand and wait for 35 minutes and no one showed up. So I left, I went somewhere else and got a vacuum. Then I went in this evening to return a scale that weighs with a 7 to 10 pound range. Only to have the sale associates insinuate that I did not buy the scale there because ‚” it wasn’t in their system.” I’m sorry, but a company that supposedly has this «wonderful return policy» actually does not. I refuse to be ignored or belittled in life, yet alone when I am a paying customer! Needless to say, I won’t be returning. Ever.

Great store! I come here from time to time when I bring my dog to the groomers in the same complex. Always fun going from area to area and finding cool items for me, friends or the house. Well organized and clean!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had! The checkout was easy, the lady was very nice and friendly. There was a price error and exchange, she gave me no attitude but was so pleasant. It was refreshing to shop there. Normally that place is overwhelming. Thank you!

I have never been to this location and I am giving it 5 stars! I had to return a gift and did not have a receipt. They gave me store credit for the full price with no questions asked. Nice! Now, that’s great customer service!

This time experience not so good, went in with two coupons, misplaced on will i was in store. bought two items. wouldn’t give me the coupon rate for second item, period. I left it on the counter and won’t go back.

BBB is very generous with their coupons; I’ve received many in the past for 10−20% off a single item. As a new homeowner, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a coupon for 20% off my entire purchase. An invitation to shop? Sure!
Armed with a list, I hit the local store this afternoon. I spent a good couple of hours there, and was greeted often by various employees. They didn’t harass or bug, just checked if I needed anything, then went on their way. When I had a question, each staff member was happy to help, and i observed several other customers being helped in the same manner, so I know they weren’t just paying lip service.
The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is that I frequently struggled to find prices for items when there were multiple things sharing the same shelves. Not that it stopped this girl… I did enough damage to stifle my shopping sprees for a little while.
