Good, nothing special. The biggest downside, and why I’m giving them 3 stars, is that they don’t have brown rice. They’re always fast and pleasant though, so no complaints there.

Best teriyaki in lake stevens. I don’t think it’s fair to give a business 1 or 2 stars because it took too long. I think some people assume that because it’s a drive-thru window, it’s fast service. But this place cooks to order. So I’m happy to wait 10 minutes for fresh chicken. They suggest to order ahead for quicker service. We shared the beef and chicken teriyaki special. It was pretty good. We got the large and it filled us up. This place will forever be our teriyaki place in Lake Stevens.

Great teriyaki in lake stevens. Also they have a drive through window. Some triyaki places skimp on the chicken or overcook it into oblivion. Not this place.

Went in during lunch. No brown rice available here, not a huge deal breaker. Chicken breast teriyaki rice combo – eh definitely had better. I wasn’t expecting anything grand or great, just another lunch. However the chicken was mediocre at best and I kept tasting ‘cardboard’. Not sure about some of the other reviews in regards to wait time, I only had to wait a few minutes. However I was also the only one in there.

The food is good but be ready to wait! My husband and I went through the drive through one person was in front of us and it took over 30 minutes to get our food. About 25 minutes in the lady I front of us left because she had to go to work. We will not be going again unless we have no other options. It’s sad they used to be good there.

From the time we ordered to the time we got our food it was 38 minutes. They weren’t busy when we got there. While we waited we sat at a sticky table with pieces of rice and smeared sauce all over it. When we finally got our food and took it home it was disappointing to see how small of a serving we had. Usually when ordering chicken teriyaki they fill up the whole to go box with rice and chicken. We each got half a styrofoam box of rice and chicken. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time we were disappointed with this place. Last time we went our gyoza was still frozen in the middle of two pieces and we didn’t get any extra teriyaki sauce. And they had also forgotten to give us one of our salads. We wanted to give them a 2nd try but it failed. We aren’t going back there again. If you’re unable to properly run a «fast food» restaurant then maybe it’s time to choose another venture in life. I know people have their off days, but this is twice in a row :(

Not a fan of the fried rice. Just peas carrots rice and meat. Where are the eggs and scallions? Not impressed when waiting 15 minutes for my order asked to pull up to wait an additional 15 to 20 more minutes to accommodate the customer behind me. Then both of our orders are ready at the same time? That is whack.

I have litterally been coming here for 20 years. I have worked my way around the menu multiple times. Everything is delivered fresh to the counter or to the drive up with wondow. The teriyaki and yakisoba are pretty great.

the décor is lacking, space is very limited, stacks of magazines clutter a unuseable counter and one of the workers occupied a table with his laptop the whole time we were there. as a family we ordered sweet and sour pork, chicken teeriyaki and mongolian beef with side orders of potstickers and egg rolls. the teriyaki was the best thing out of the meal with the egg rolls and potstickers not being that bad. but for $ 40 i have had much better. the sweet and sour sauce was mostly sour with hardly any flavor and the mongolian beef hardly had any sauce and barely any taste. I was told by an employee that a previous customer before me had mentioned the soda tatsed funny. this talked me out of buying a fountain drink. all in all we wont go back

I wouldn’t want to eat in here but they make really good food. The chicken yakisoba is wonderful, best out of everywhere else I have been. The chicken is really good, not chewy and greasy like some. The beef was also worth mentioning, very good. I look forward to picking up some yakisoba when I visit Lake Stevens.

Stopped by to give the place a try. Not recommended for dine in as the seating is limited, no décor and tall stacks of magazines everywhere. Their menu offers a mix of Japanese(teriyaki, katsu) and Chinese(kung pao chicken, mongolian beef) items. This is the first teriyaki place that offers not only chicken and beef, but also pork teriyaki. Good portion size, flavor and price. They actually give larger portions compared to other places. Did I mention they also have a drive-through?

This is real teriyaki! The owner Pete is so nice. Whenever I’m in Seattle and crave teriyaki, I make sure to stop by here. Try the gyoza and katsu! Delish!

What a gem! Found this place after finishing my eye exam in the same plaza at Lake Stevens vision clinic( ). Yummy, hot, fresh noodles. The staff/owners are genuinely nice people.

I used to love this place but I don’t know what it is, lately it just hasn’t been the same. Meat is usually charred more.

What a surprise. Like another reviewer, I’ve ordered teriyaki here often over several years. My son once noticed once that they were using recycled jugs of Tide detergent for storing their sauce, so we stopped going for awhile. I remembered a time though when the chicken was lean and done the way I like it — crispy. So I went back this evening and the prices were higher($ 8.99 for Chicken + Gyosa or Chicken + Beef Combos) and when I got home and looked at the styrofoam container, it was obviously about ¼ smaller than what they were before. I hate being tricked like that, And, as another reviewer mentioned, the chicken was fatty and one bite was just absolutely gross. And the beef was even worse — very poor quality. So here’s another restaurant I can cross off my list… I won’t be back.

Great food. Wonderful people. Definitely as good as teriyaki gets in Lake Stevens — in fact, this could compete for Best in Class among the various«meat and rice in a styrofoam box» restaurants from which I’ve had the pleasure of taking food home to sit on my couch. While dine-in is an option, the ambiance isn’t what keeps me coming back. I keep coming back for the generous portions and the sweet, sweet burn of the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki.
