I have been fortunate to call Lakewood my home for the past 26 years. My wife and I have enjoyed raising our three sons in this wonderful family community. We live, work, shop and attend church in Lakewood. Our family has enjoyed the many recreational opportunites in Lakewood and have been involved in the various sports programs. We have also been very involved in the local schools, serving in the VIPS and PTA programs and on the School Site Council. My wife, Wendy has been the «Volunteer of the year» two different years for the Long Beach Unified School district. I enjoy moving families into this community and helping them find the best neighborhood for their needs.

I highly recommend Dave Smith if you are looking for a realtor in the Garden Grove area. Our folks left us their home through a trust and we chose Dave to help us sell the property. He was friendly, professional and easy to work with. He suggested a reasonable asking price based upon the comps and condition of the house gave us some ideas about how to make it more appealing. Dave put it on the market, worked hard and ended up selling it for several thousand more than we were asking. We could not have had a better experience in selling the house.
