Honestly guys, I really try to use Unilocal for positive reviews only, but this time I have to share this horrible experience. The guy working the drive thru was extremely rude and sarcastic(the only guy that was there tonight) 12÷08÷1511:30pm. I’ve had a bad expreinece here before a while back and it just so happened that this one night I returned, it would be the same rude person. When we ordered we asked if they still had the 10 piece chicken nuggets deal and he responded in such a rude manner«why wouldn’t we?» And in my opinion he didn’t seem like he liked his job and if that’s the case, you shouldn’t be working there. Upon ordering, he didn’t even allow us to order what we wanted. He limited our order, said that the nuggets wouldn’t be available until tomorrow morning and said he was dead serious!!! They should always give the guests the very best service, even near closing because we are giving you business. But now we will take it else where. Maybe if I was a secret shopper or working for core I would get friendly service, it’s too bad they don’t have inspections during the night shifts. If I could give this review negative stars, trust me I definitely would! Horrible customer service, will never return again and neither should anyone else looking for good service and enjoy their food.

Just got home from the drive thru and they forgot part of my order. Went to call them and tell them and the number is disconnected. Great job guys! Now one of us won’t be eating tonight because I’m not going all the way back!

How does this place stay in business poor quality food and no I mean this place I mean all Burger Kings I’ve eating at in the last 3 months and I’m done I will never go back unbelievable I don’t think this chain as much time left in business

This location never let’s me down… They always make your food WRONG. Then the broken English speaking workers have the nerve to get an attitude when you call them to tell them about the mistake that THEYMADE. Customer service is awful. The only good thing is I ask to speak to the store mañana get very nice lady. Name Shelly I know this cause I have had to speak to her on several occasions when my order is Messed up. She will fix the problem but the issue is the workers not paying attention! Unless you special order your food it’s ALWAYSCOLDFOOD. Thank goodness they have a good store manager that will resolve the problem and help you to feel like you are not just wasting your money.

I don’t know if this location has a new franchise owner, because it’s BAD now even by Fast Food standards. For example the other day, I got an ice cream cone for my son and it was dripping before it was given to me… No big deal, I thought I would just ask for a few more napkins, I kid you not the drive thru worker said«Sorry, we are only allowed to give 1 napkin per item». I thought she was joking, I told her well the ice cream is going to drip all over my hand… Can you put it in a cup… Her response, Well normally the cups are $ 0.10. I said fine, I’ll pay. She responded, no it’s okay, I’ll do it this one time… Seriously, Extra 3 napkins for a dripping ice cream cone… Is that too much to ask for?

I am disappointed in burger king, mainly because I enjoy the burger king more than i do the mcDonalds. However, this Burger King in particular was bad on so many levels. My breakfast sandwhich tasted like plastic. I would compare it to dog food, but i think even dog food is better quality. The only thing that I enjoyed was their hash brown, and I didn’t enjoy is as i would have liked to because it was half hot, half cold. The orange juice had too much pulp in it. I thought i was drinking Boba with the amount of pulp that was in that chet! Bathroom was relatively clean though, so if you have to poo, I suppose you can stop here.

The service here is alright. To their credit, I have yet to get my order and have something wrong or missing. The staff is always nice, the waiting by the front so you don’t have to reset your timer thing is kinda lame but I get it

I have found mold in my iced coffee 2 times now. They have given bread crumbs for nuggets. They need to get their act together. Bring back the caramel iced coffee too.

I have never had fresh food from this location. We ordered Chicken fries once and they were obviously burned but the girl still just handed them out the window like now big deal. They were charcoal! I had my two small kids with me so I didn’t go back in, but believe me I never went back, and I almost avoided all Burger King locations because of this one. Glad I didn’t though because some of them are actually good!

I like this burger king a lot, there food is almost always fresh and service is nice. They ussually get the order done very quick so you don’t waste much time. All of their variety is good as well and haven’t really found a downside to it yet.
