Del Taco

Found out this morning after I told my roomie what Del taco did GUESS WHAT… she said they did the same thing to her the night before. I guess we need to start grocery shopping. Haha.. Screw those del taco thieves… hope the grill staff get it together. Very soon. Who manages this dump?

The guy working the drive through window today at 4:30pm needs to be fired. He was extremely slow and didn’t hear my order correctly. He didn’t ask if I needed condiments, I had to ask for them myself. Then get home to find out they gave me the wrong burrito and missing 3 tacos. The fast food workers want to make $ 15 an hour wage. I say bullshit to that.

Disgusting! The guy making my burger doesn’t wear gloves and he’s fidgeting with his nasty earbuds. Don’t eat here unless you like dirty hands making your food.

Okay so I have tried this place both at night and in the day. At night the food is great. A five star rating would be what I’d give em, unfortunately during the day you get less food and the service is alright… if you are just looking for some quick food it’s pretty much the place to be.

The workers are very friendly. The drive thru is very quick and you can add onions for free to your bean and cheese burrito.

Let’s see the workers here need to realize there are alot of people dying to work and would take their job in a heart beat. The drive thru puts you in horrible mood. You wait 30 minutes to get two tacos and fries and when you get your food your fries are cold and stale covered in salt. And the tacos look like they shitted on themselves. They need to get rid of this del taco replace it with another fast food establishment.

9−1−1 this location needs to have a complete revamp, starting with the manager. She is never available for customer service issues/​concerns yet is one of the highest paid in the Del Taco system. The sewer line near the drive through is busted and the smell is terrible. Also brought to the managers attention weeks ago. Employees are not properly trained on proper cleaning of floors, using dirty mops leaving sour smell (like someone threw up). Recommend hiring a new manager, maybe promoting from within, retraining all employees and ensuring the outside maintenance of the building (namely the sewer system) is addressed a.s.a.p.

Went to this Del Taco yesterday to grab some lunch for my nieces and my self. I got them the number 14, two tacos with a quesadilla and a drink, and got my self 3 chicken soft tacos with a quesadilla. The quesadillas tasted really good, I was very happy with that, but my chicken soft tacos, yikes… The Chicken on my soft tacos was so over cooked, and tasted like crap, but having my chicken over cooked like that just ruined my lunch, grrrrrrr. My nieces said their tacos were fine, so no problem there. As for the staff working there, they were friendly, helpful and the restaurant was very clean. I don’t think I would go back to this one, Chicken soft tacos are a big deal for me, don’t f with my Chicken on my soft tacos, just saying. So 1 star for my Chicken soft tacos, 5 stars for the quesadillas and the staff being friendly, so overall 3 stars total.

I go to this del taco because it is close to my house. Every time I’ve gone there they get my order wrong and this last time they got it wrong twice. How do u get an order wrong twice seriously. I will not go to this del taco again if I can help it. I will make the extra drive to another one.

Seriously this is the worst Del Taco I’ve ever been to. Ever since this place opened, it has never kept up with the standards of most Del Taco chains. Never enough cheese, tacos taste like they’ve been on a warmer for hours, and the service is poor. Sorry Del Taco on 40^th… you guys can do better, or at least I hope.
