Been living in Vegas for six years and we have been through many dentists that were terrible! My wife and granddaughter just had their first visit here today and just made my appointment. My family expressed only wonderful things about this place! Thank goodness and thank the staff for being so awesome!

Excellent quality of care. They got me in quickly and worked within my budget.

It was too bad that ownership has been changed. This place was used be affordable place for cash paid patient but not anymore…

I wrote a bad review a year ago after a bad experience with my front tooth. Well, like I mentioned before Arroyo dental have changed ownership. I can’t say enough good things about the new owner and a new doctor, dr. Song, who is so nice, intelligent and professional!!! He wanted to make it right and correct my problem. He did it absolutely for free. He completely redone my black crown and replaced it eith a wonderful crown which looks perfect. I’m so happy. It’s a lifechanging experience! I know front tooth is hard to match, but I have a perfect match now. Looking at a picture I can’t even tell which tooth was done. That’s how things should be done

Came in for a cleaning. Was on time but it took them 37 minutes to see me. Paid a $ 50 deductible and all they did was an exam, polished over my teeth and then talked to me about my «treatment» plan and all the money that needs to be spent. Had been coming here for years and was always happy with the service. The main Doctor, Dr. Chuy was great, took his time, and made sure he met all the patients needs and expectations. These new doctors seemed like they didnt know what they were doing. They didnt remove plaque build up from my teeth, they did not floss me, they did not give me glasses when they were spraying in my mouth so water was getting all over my eyes and hair. They did not have me rinse and spit to get any excess to come out. and they did not use a fluoride tray at the end. they polished my first 6 bottom and top teeth only from the front and i could still feel and see the plaque on the front and feel it on the inside. The main doctor was aggressive with her tools and was hurting my mouth. She even stabbed into my gum and made it bleed and apologized the tool slipped. Just terrible. They lost 4 loyal customers because my family and I are never coming back here.

This really is a five-​star establishment with excellent customer service! The only thing is I wish their hours are more flexible. They were professional, efficient, and they explained everything in detail what they were doing during the exam. Dr. Song was very thorough and took her time with me. They were all very gentle.
They took x-​rays and pictures of my teeth and created a treatment plan and recommended preventative care for the future. I really appreciate this because I do not like the dentist and I will do anything just to avoid a root canal down the road! So a cap/​crown it is… For the first time ever I actually felt pampered at a dentist visit instead of traumatized and violated! Lol At other dentist visits I always had to rinse my own mouth and spit gets everywhere-I’m a mess! Here, they rinse your teeth for you and take extra care suctioning up all that yucky stuff so that you don’t have to do that! You don’t walk out with tooth paste and spit all over you. It’s the little things…
Bonus was I had my six –month-​old with me and they actually fed him and entertained him while I got my exam!!! For moms this is a big deal. They had me in and out of the office within an hour.
I have to go back for some fillings and for the first time I can say I’m not that nervous because I know I’ll be taken care of! They are very gentle and caring. For those of you who are like me and cannot sleep knowing you have a dentist appointment the next day this place really does alleviate anxiety. Thank you ladies for a great first time experience!

This is the best dentist I’ve been to in Las Vegas. Very honest and professional staff. Dr. Chuy is very gentle when giving shots. I could not even feel it. Easy location to get to right off of the 215 and rainbow. Nice and clean office, and I didn’t wait long in the waiting room to be treated. You won’t be disappointed here. I am a cash patient, and the prices are reasonable.

I have been going to different dentists, just because I couldn’t find the right one. Dr Chuy is the best dentist. He did an amazing job to my teeth and his hands are so gentle, that I didn’t even feel anything. The office is super clean and has high technology, and the assistants are also very professional and super nice. My husband is also going to Arroyo Dental and he is very satisfied, too .
I recommend Arroyo Dental to everyone. You will not regret, you will be happy.

Today I went in to the office to get work done for the first time in about 2 years. The office staff is professional, friendly, and fast at what they do. Dr. Chuy is amazing and talented. I was in and out quickly and efficiently. I found my new Dentist.. I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you haven’t booked with them yet I suggest you do yourself a favor and do it quickly. You won’t regret it.

I’ve always hated going to the dentist but I totally dig coming here! Dr Chuy and his staff knock it out of the park!

Got my filling today and even though I was nervous the dental assistant Carla and Dr Chuy made me feel very comfortable. The numbing shot did not even hurt Dr Chuy has a way with that!!! I am thankful I found them!

Painless shots!!! Dr. Chuy has perfected the art of administering painless shots :) and everything after that is just magic. This is no drill and fill or extract and pack office. You leave and can rest assured that whatever dental concerns you have was addressed and taken care of. Everyone is very professional and pleasant. Manny and Becky are just awesome! The office is very clean, well kept and well equiped with modern technology from flat screen tvs in every treatment room to high end dental equipment and instruments. My entire family (including extended ones) and good friends go to Arroyo for our dental health and will continue coming here because of THE exceptional and excellent service every time!

I have been going to Arroyo Dental for a couple of years now. Their office staff is very pleasant and welcoming, and they take the time to know me by my name. They are very professional, and most importantly, flexible.
Dr. Chuy is an amazing dentist, and I will never go to anyone else. My husband likes him as well, and we would recommend him to anyone. He is a very honest dentist, and he will work with you on any service that benefits YOU! It’s not about the $: he truly cares about what you may need.
I recently got 2 veneers to improve the allignment of my 2 front teeth. He did an amazing job, and I am very happy with the results. The difference is tremendous!
They take almost every insurance, and they even do payment plans with no interest (if you are approved).
Overall, no one likes going to the dentist. Dr. Chuy changes that perspective… at least it did for me. He is extremely gentle, cautious, and he knows what he is doing. I highly recommend Arroyo Dental. They have made a life long client out of me.

I started using them a few years ago and think so highly of Dr. Chuy, I have not bothered to find a new dentist where I now live in Florida. I come to Vegas to teach at UNLV 3x’s a year. I’ve had basic cleanings, extractions, and the most perfect implant, ever. Prices are great (thank God, cause I don’t have dental insurance through work as an adjunct), prompt service, and his staff are competent and personable. But… the doctor is highly skilled and very compassionate as a person. He explains what he is doing as he’s doing it, plus he’s very sensitive to any pain or discomfort I may be feeling. I’ve had a lot of work done in the past few years and at this point, I don’t even think about experiencing pain or problems during a visit. 5 stars, for sure, this is a real review from a patient who honestly finds this dentist to be one-​of-​kind here in vegas. Lastly; the doctor has high integrity. He explores all options and I have never felt like I was being plus sold. (This is good to know, especially in this city (wish I could say that about the auto mechanics here!!).
