I think this place is great! I lucked out with Brooke my first time and I just keep coming back. It’s a bit pricier than the other places I’ve been to but it’s well worth it. The lashes look very natural and they stay on for a good 3 weeks. I recommend it to all my friends. I would come here more often if they have out promotional deals.

Ok I must update my previous review based upon the exceptional customer service and additional care taken to ensure happiness with my results during my most recent visit.
First of all, most businesses would be ELATED with a four star rating (which I had given previously). Not Cherry Lash Lounge, they strive for five and wanted to make sure that I am receiving the best experience possible. The Owner is beyond business savy and I love that a four star wasn’t good enough for them. A great product keeps customers happy, but exceptional customer service keeps the customers coming BACK. Kudos Cherry Lash on your A+ rated customer care.
Additionally, the Owner talked to my amazing technician Alex about my previous Unilocal review and how I could achieve a more drammatic look. We discussed options and decided on the featherized fill, with some classic lashes (bolder and thicker) mixed in. WOW– I finally achieved the perfect lash look. They are exactly what I wanted. The owner also very kindly comped lower brow extension appointment. I have to admit that I was a little skeptical about getting extensions on my lower lashes; however, they actually look very natural and better complement the overall look. I definitely recommend attention to the lower lashes ladies!
One other thing, as I was checking out I noticed on a flyer that there are different prices depending on the the status of the technician applying your lashes. There are master technicians at the highest level and lash apprentices (lowest amount of experience).What I was told was that the master techinicans have more experience so they are faster and can apply more lashes in any given session than a technician with less experience. This makes sense to me and I like that they have options for every budget. What shocked me though was that I asked the front desk what Alex was and they told me that she was a Lash Artist, which is only a step up from Lash Apprentice.
This shocked me because Alex is SO fast. In fact, the first technician I went to, which I am pretty sure was a master technician, was slower than Alex and did not give me the fabulous results that Alex gives me. Additionally, my second session was only an hour fill and Alex gave me an entire full set which the other technician was able to achieve in an hour and a half time. In my opinion Alex is a master technician and I would recommend that she receive a promotion (even if that means I have to pay more hehe). I recommend Alex to anyone looking to get a great result and amazing customer care.,

Had my first lash extension today at cherry lash. It was a great experience. Girls were very welcoming and appt was right on time. My appt was with Emma. She was awesome. I met with her the day before for a consultation. She went over everything and my options. Today was just as informative and she did a great job. I’m excited to wake up tomorrow and not have to worry about mascara. My lashes look better than I imagined and I highly recommend cherry lash lounge and Emma.

Had my lashes done by Amber at the Rainbow location. Overall, she did a wonderful job ! From the beginning She was very thorough with the types of sets, as well as after care and cleaning. I appreciate how comfortable she made me feel and I’m so happy with my lashes :) she’s very professional and a very talented lash artist. I’m happy to have had her as my artist to do my first lash set ever. Now I’m hooked ! Thanks Amber :)

I have had lash extensions before but in Reno. This was the first Las Vegas application I had done. LOVED, LOVED the lashes I got in Reno, but since I live here, after a lot of research, I chose Cherry Lash because it looked reasonably priced and got good reviews.
Let me say first, the technician service was GREAT the first time I went. Application was relaxing, clean, meticulous and profession. She explained aftercare thoroughly and I was very pleased with the comfort and semi-​privacy of the way it’s set up. Five stars for that visit; however, the day after my first application, I woke up with my eyes swollen shut, oozing, itchy and sore as if I had road rash on the skin around my eyes. Worst allergic reaction I’ve ever had to ANYTHING. I never had a problem in Reno. I ended up removing the lashes myself because I had to go out of town and couldn’t get back to the salon. It was so bad I couldn’t wait and I lost most of my lashes after my crude «do it yourself removal.”(HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO HAVE PROFESSIONAL REMOVAL DONE).
Several weeks later, I called Cherry Lash and spoke to a male rep who encouraged me to come in and try another set with the hypoallergenic/​for sensitive skin glue. Skeptical, yes… My fault for trying again, yes. The second time, the tech kept leaning on my hair, even after I mentioned it, twice. My scalp was sore by the time I was done AND horror of horror, I woke up the next day with the same allergic reaction. The next day was Xmas so I spent the holiday in pain, my eyes swollen shut and miserable.
Made for awesome family photos. I looked like a domestic abuse victim.
The day after Xmas I rushed back to the salon and had them removed, but after having them on for so long, I now have sores that will scab over around my eyes and can barely see. The area around my eyes is purple and feels and looks bruised. I requested a refund for the second application, only, which I thought was a fair request. My total spending between the two applications is over $ 300 and NEVER got to wear the lashes. (Unless you want to count the Xmas day of agony). I got The Featherized the first time and The Classic the second time and am, apparently, just out the money. $ 300 is a lot to spend on something you never even got to «use/​wear.»
I was told that Cherry Lash does not give refunds because they are a service/​labor based company. I think that’s BS. Any other «service/​labor» based business would refund your money if you were not satisfied with the service. Not only was I not satisfied, I SUFFERED AND NEVER GOT THE BENEFIT OF THE PRODUCT. If you got a bad haircut or color and it couldn’t be fixed, your money would be refunded. I am angry over the wasted money and the insensitivity of the business as I did suffer physically and mentally. The reactions were so bad, I missed work, didn’t go out in public while my skin healed and spent at least two weeks (cumulatively) healing. The least they could do is refund the $ 149 I spent on the second application they recommended. The gal told me she would double check with upper management about my refund request, but I also asked them to take photos to show management, which they said they would do, but never did. I’m not holding my breath for a refund, even a partial one. Buyer beware of this business. If they do decide to give me even a partial refund, I’ll let ya’ll know, but needless to say, I won’t be going back and won’t be recommending them to any friends either. Sorry.

Love this place! Was my first time getting lashes done and Maria made my experience very comfortable and soothing! The establishment is beautiful! The moment you walk in you feel like you’re in a spa. Amazing ambiance and the girls at the front are very accommodating ! Definitely a returning client !

After doing tons of research on eyelash extensions, I finally decided to try out Cherry Lash Lounge. I called to make an appointment which was hassle free as the receptionist was very sweet and helpful. I requested Emma (lash artist) after hearing a lot of good things about her work. I went in not knowing a thing about what I wanted so Emma helped me decide what length and curl would match me and she was very thorough on how to care for them afterwards. I couldn’t be any happier with how they turned out and now I’m wondering why I didn’t get them done sooner! I’ll definitely be back to see Emma in a couple weeks for a fill.

My master artist Maritza is the best. She understands what looks best has the best ideas to get full coverage. The Rainbow location has an excellent friendly staff and clean. The time spent be an hour or two hours is comfortable and relaxing. I’m so addicted lashes are my new favorite accessory!

Still coming here for over a year now and Cherry employs some of the sweetest girls in this city!!! Brooke is still doing my lashes and I am STILL over-​the-​moon with them… compliments from strangers CONSTANTLY!!! I even recently had an issue with the business next door to them and the Cherry manager called me to apologize and make sure everything was A-​OK!!! She even offered me a credit which I told her wasn’t necessary as Cherry had done nothing wrong!!! All-​in-​all I am very happy with this business and I refer everyone I can there!!!

Best lash extensions in the nation! I’ve been getting them for 7 years. I move around around a lot and I always miss the work at Cherry, so glad I’m back in Vegas!

Okay I am posting another review because I have officially found my new all time favorite apprentice! I have been going to Cherry Lash Lounge for awhile now and I have noticed apprentices become lash artists so I have to find new ones.
The first time I booked with a new apprentice after the apprentices I usually go to became lash artists, was SYRETTA. I was a bit nervous at first but she quickly turned that around. She is literally the best apprentice I have EVER had. She ALWAYS does such an awesome job. She manages her time wisely which in my opinion is very important. Also, the most important asset about Syretta is that she does absolutely everything she can to put as many lashes as she can on my natural ones with the time she has. This is one of the things I LOVE most about having my appointment with Syretta.
She let’s me choose what size I want and always let’s me know what’s going on which I greatly appreciate. It’s always a pleasure going to Syretta and from now on I will only go to her. She has a delightful personality. She always makes me laugh so hard with our conversations during the 1 hour and 30 minutes (Fill) or 2 hours of artistry (Fill-​plus) while hoping I won’t mess up her work.
My lashes always look the BEST when I go to Syretta. I highly recommend her to everyone! I already can’t wait to see her again.

I’m a busy mama but I like to look good with minimal effort due to time crunching.
I’ve wanted to try these individual lashes for the past year. In comes Cherry Las referred by a fellow Unilocaler.
The Cherry Lash Lounge was clean, a plus, and well organized.
I was taken to a large recliner and laid back for the hour plus lash gluing. It was fantastic. My lashes were like Bambi.
I was comfortable the entire time even though I was apprehensive at first.
My lashes lasted almost a month with care.
Will I do it again? Heck yeah!

Hands down my new favorite lash salon! The atmosphere is awesome. Very chic and relaxing. You are warmly greeted in the front and then taken to the back to relax in a giant reclining chair. Before the service starts they offer you water, coffee and even a blanket to keep warm with. The ONLY person I book with is Crystal! Her work is amazing and she works fast to get you as full as possible in the time you have with her. I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve attached a picture of a full featherized set done by Crystal. I usually go 3 weeks in between fills because her lashes tend to stay very well!

BEST lash extension place! I’ve had lashes done for the same price at other shops and left DISAPPOINTED. The featherized ravenous lashes are gorgeous, and the bottoms sets come out beautifully. The ladies are always wonderful, and they keep you in a system with notes about your previous visits regarding length and style. Don’t be afraid of super curly if you have traditional straight Asian lashes like me, it’s not as dramatic as it sounds and looks like you curled your lashes with an eyelash curler.

I was a bit caught off guard when I first walked in here. I then realized how awesome this place is as they have a set of policies posted on the wall, one of which is that no children are allowed. That’s smart, because I wouldn’t want kids running around while someone is working near my eye balls.
The front desk staff are professional, and the online reserving, email reminder confirm appointment system, as well as a phone call reminder system goes to show these people are on top of their game.
I’ve gotten lashes done by two other companies before, and this place has the coolest chair. It’s a leather recliner that leans back. I was a bit scared I was going to fall over but the lash artist reassured me.
This place is my fave lash place so far because:
1) My lash artist didn’t use a long metal tweezer which freaks the crap out of me. I could hardly feel her doing anything to my lashes. The other two were using these super skinny long tweezers to separate my lashes and it would make this clanking noise not to mention my fear that they were going to poke my eyeball.
2) Awesome recliner. Who doesn’t want to be comfortable sitting down for an hour.
3) Awesome computer system and online booking method for ease.
4) Reasonable prices. This place was way more affordable than the other two lash artists I’ve had.
5) The lashes used are soft and fluffy whereas the other places were a bit more stiff, so it felt heavier and synthetic.
6) For the most part clean.
I got referred here by a fellow Unilocaler and I’m so glad I gave this place a try.

YES! Yes! Yes! I got the cleopatra full set and they are gorgeous!!! They’ve lasted about 2 weeks so far and I got them done in 3 hours with a lash apprentice, yes it took forever but they are worth it!!! I will be back

I’ve been waiting to give my review on Cherry Lash Lounge for quite some time now. Being that I am finally on Unilocal I feel that time is now. I’ve been coming here for about 6 months and I feel I can give an honest and unbiased opinion.
Let me start by telling you that I have super fine blonde hair. This means that my eye lashes are super light/​very fine. I was extremely hesitant when I first got my lashes done. I thought either I wouldn’t have enough and I would end up looking like a clown or since I have sensitive skin that surely I would have an allergic reaction to the bond used on the lash extensions.
I booked my original appointment with Courtney for a 2 hour Ravishing set. I arrived, very nervous back in November. Surely I was going to look like some freak with super dark lashes that just didn’t fit my personality or style. I didn’t know how I was going to lay with my eyes closed with some bright light laying directly on my face for 2 whole hours??? Let me tell you that Courtney was so nice and so calm. She asked what I was hoping to achieve and to be quite honest I didn’t know. I told her to make me look like me just better. To my surprise the 2 hours flew by! Courtney handed me a mirror and I sat in shock at what my eyes looked like with no mascara! They were amazing!
Courtney gave me instructions on how to clean my eyes and that I needed to be careful with them. I wondered how I would ever get by without rubbing my eyes? Well 6 months later and I haven’t rubbed my eyes one time. If you are an eye rubber you simply learn not to do it. It’s not a big deal.
I shower daily and my lashes to get wet. I don’t rub my eyes in the shower and when I dry off I am careful not to allow the towel to touch my lashes. I let my lashes dry and then use the lash brush I was sent home with.
Sometimes I will use a black eyeshadow and line my eyes with it. It just makes them stand out for a more intense look. I never wear mascara as it’s just not necessary anymore. These lashes make life so much easier! I leave one lash brush in my car for the times when something might be out of place.
I have seen a total of 4 technicians in the 6 months I’ve been coming to Cherry Lash Lounge. I will say my 2 favorite are Courtney and Linda. I am currently seeing Linda as her schedule works with mine. She comes in at 9:00 and I like that. She’s absolutely awesome! I went in a little over a month ago and was not happy with my last appointment (I don’t remember the girl who I had seen previously). Linda was understanding and heard my concerns. She was patient and diligent durning this appointment. My lashes looked great and lasted longer than any other time. Linda and Courtney are pros and know what they are doing. They apply the lashes to last for longer than a few weeks. I was in again today and Linda remembered what I had «complained» about the previous appointment which in my mind means she cares about her customers. She is very secure about what she does and it is evident at the end of your appointment. My eyes have never looked better!
The lounge is very pleasant and upbeat. You are laying in a very comfortable recliner durning your appointment with a soft blanket if you get cold. The front office staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They call you by name which is really nice as they see so many people and the time in between appointments can be a while! They offer you bottled water too which is a plus!
Make sure you don’t miss or cancel your appointment within 24 hours as you will be charged for half the cost of the missed appointment. I find this a fair policy as time is money! I’ve had to cancel one time and while I didn’t want to pay I understood and did not hesitate when reminded of the policy. I was sick and it didn’t make sense to make anyone else sick.
I would recommend Cherry Lash Lounge for their professionalism and expertise.

Ok… I’ve been coming to Cherry Lash lounge for a year now. I have since found my favorite eyelash tech, Sulema aka Emma. She is friendly, smells good (and when you’re in this close of proximity, that’s important), and always does a great job!
Like any good beautician you use, I feel like we are even friends now. My biggest fear is she’s so good, she will soon be moved up to Master level, and then my wallet will feel the crunch.
This place is very professional. The ladies at the desk are always polite and helpful.
They appreciate long term service too. Roxy is part of management, she is always friendly, and knows me by name. She has given me various discounts when she deemed them appropriate, which is always appreciated.
I don’t wear the big Kim Kardashian lashes, but just add enough length and thickness, where I don’t have to use mascara anymore, but they still look natural. They do an excellent job of this!
I know they think I’m kidding when I say this, but as long as I still have eyelashes to attach to, I will continue to come back to them for the next 10 years or more.

Love love love LOVE this place! I’ve started and I can’t go without lash extensions! This business has given me and my eyes LIFE!!! I am religious about this brand lol of cherry lash lounge! I go every three to four weeks and enjoy a hour to a hour and a half with my lash god DARINKA lol! Wether she’s having life conversations or letting me enjoy a nap. The staff up front is always so kind and welcoming every time I see Rocsy she’s always so genuine and fun filled! It’s a positive inviting atmosphere. I’m glad to bring them return business and be a part of the cherry family! A walking billboard of what GREAT QUALITY LASHES SHOULD BE! Thank you for making me feel so gorgeous
