Dental Care Seattle

I scheduled a routine cleaning with Dental Care Seattle. They do not work on the weekends so I took the day off work for my appointment. When I came in for my appointment they did x rays and did an exam. They informed me that they were going to need to do a deep cleaning because it had been a few years since I had my teeth cleaned. They did not have time to do the deep cleaning that day so I made another appointment and took another day off work. I went to my second appointment and they could only finish half of the deep cleaning because they did not give themselves enough time to complete the job. They asked me to schedule a third appointment. I was frustrated that I had just taken 2 full days of unpaid time off of work to get this taken care of and they seemed to have no reguard for that or their lack of time management. I reluctantly scheduled a third appointment. At my third appointment they had the same amount of time allotted for the cleaning session. They start to clean my teeth and it is uncomfortable so they reccomend using an injection in my gums to help with the discomfort. I am not a fan of needles but agree to it after being pressured into it. The lady cleaning my teeth had no empathy at all and seemed frustrated and distracted. I did not feel safe in this enviornment anymore. I should have gotten up and walked out but I had invested so much time into getting this simple cleaning procedure done so I was not going to leave unfinished. Big mistake on my part. She injected me more than several times and hit a nerve. I had a big bruise on the inside of my mouth and better yet, can you guess? She did not have time to finish the cleaning and asked me to schedule ANOTHER appointment. I told her I was not going to and I left. My jaw was in so much pain I could hardly open it for close to two weeks. I will never go back to this dentist and I hope for your sake you do not either. If I could give this dentist 0 stars I would have.
