I have been going here for years and over the last two years the tech performing the haha «service» has been rude and insulting and when I called to discuss it with management they said «good take your business somewhere else!» So I will!
I am a retired Fire Captain and having been in public service if I treated the public like this place and these assholes have treated me I would have been disciplined!
I will pay $ 6.00 extra for the polite service I receive from JIFFY LUBE just around the corner! JIFFY LUBE always welcomes my visit and treats me like a valued customer!
NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND MONEY IN THIS BUSINESS NOR THE AUTO SHOP ADJACENT TO IT THAT OWNS THIS SMOG SITE!

I take my cars to this location for carwash all the time. Today, I went in for a smog check, forgetting to take my coupon for the smog check. So they said without the coupon they can’t give me the discount even after I told them I’ll be going right across the street because their price is cheaper. The price difference was only 2 $, but it’s the principle of providing good customer service which these guys miserably failed at today. Almost any place you go these days, business are willing to do a price match to keep their customers.

Worse car wash it a scam used debit card for 2 mins and was charged 10 $ someone needs to come forward stealing hard working people’s money isnt fair do not go!!!

Do not go here! I used my debit card and it charged me $ 10. Only used it for 3 minutes. When confronting the owner his response was I had no proof of how long I used the machine! Never going again.
