Such a great team of people! Such a friendly front desk team, as soon as you walk in you are welcomed and taken care of. From the team of hygienist, to the dental staff everyone is amazing! If you’re looking for a place that takes pride in what they do and a team of people who are perfectionist (which is something you should already be looking for especially with a Dental Office) this is the place! I love coming here for quality, efficient, service. .they accept my insurance and offer payment plans to fit my budget whenever I need it. I can have all my needs met here without going anywhere else from endodontics to orthodontic work. The office staff is always pleasant Mani is very thorough when it comes to explaining your treatment plan and cost. Dr Sinta (i think that’s how you spell) is very pleasant and sociable. there is a new girl that is very nice. .the location is convenient for me as well… oh and they stay connected with you via email alerts and they call to check on you when you’ve been missing for a while. The calls were great reminders for me, I really appreciate the reminders and calling me to schedule appointments. .this is definitely the place to go for all your dental needs!

I’ve been going to Diamond Dental on occasion for the last several years – I’m kinda bad about keeping up my dental exams. I recently had a filling fall out (from another dentist long ago) and went to them for an onlay. I’m beyond impressed with the new machine that allows them to cast your permanent onlay or crown the same day – no more waiting two weeks for the permanent piece! And honestly, it’s Dr. Haslam and his assistant (whose name I’m unfortunately spacing right now – she’s lovely) are the reasons I’m taking the time to write a review. Both of them are very real, very down to earth, very kind, and very approachable. I don’t have dental insurance so I pay out of pocket, and while I haven’t exactly shopped around, I don’t find their prices unreasonable. I felt that I was in excellent hands, and I’m thrilled with both the service and the work. (And incidentally, I was able to negotiate a bit for my procedure, as was my husband the week before for a new crown on a cracked tooth.) They get you in quickly, are delightful to work with, and take care of your choppers phenomenally well.

People are nice, but they are just out to get your money. They charge an obnoxious amount for everything they do — over double what other dental offices charge. Just avoid this place.

I went back to Diamond Dental Group last Thursday. After my last review they were courteous enough to call me, and see if they could help. I saw Dr. Haslam and he could not see anything wrong. But ever since they removed my bottom back tooth I have had nothing but pain. It is like having a big canker sore on the side of your tongue. And on the inside of my mouth. It has been seven months since I have had that tooth pulled and have been in pain every day since. The dentist was very kind and did his best to see if he could find anything, but he said he could not see a reason why I was in so much pain.
Dr Jonathan Welch did find redness on the side of my tongue and he tried filing down a few spots on my back tooth. But that has not helped either. I am on Social Security disability and there is no way I can afford to replace that back tooth with an implant. So I guess I’m just going to be in pain the rest of my life.

I hate (d) having to go to the dentist… unfortunately, my personal commitment to my dental and gum care has been lacking since, well, forever. I have ALOT of crowns and two bridges. Going to the dentist has always been a horrible ordeal. I wound up at Diamond Dental becuse I had to have periodontal surgery-​which, BTW is THE MOST PAINFUL THING, EVER. They were not, then, my regular dentist (s). After the surgery I went back for a recheck and I met Dr. Zarina Sicat. OMG! She is AMAZING! No joke! Like I mentioned earlier, going to the dentist is a very angst driven ordeal. But this wonderful dentist is so warm, caring and calm. She listens to me! How many dentists ever do that? She cares! I love this place! Her work is great, too! You can have 100% perfect work, but if the practitioner isn’t great then the vist is meh. Dr. Sicat is a great docotor all around! My last visit was on Wed, July 8; I was dreading the examination of my gums and the pockets surrounding my teeth, since the surgery had been nearly a year ago and my commitment to dental health is only average. Well, my gums are fine; Dr. Sicat is keeping them healthy WITH ME!

Everyone in this office is absolutely wonderful. Kayce at the front desk was very sweet and very helpful. Jane, who took my X-​rays was so nice and made me feel very comfortable.
I had 11 fillings done by Dr. Sicat, assisted by Brandon, and it could not have possibly gone better. They made sure I was ok and comfortable and told me I could ask for a break any time. I have never felt more taken care of or relaxed in a doctors office before. Dr. Sicat’s work is amazing, she works at a great pace while at the same time I never feel rushed.
I would recommend this office to anyone who needs any type of dental work done. Including my own family, they have already worked on my mom and my dad. The entire staff is fantastic!

I was hesitant about finding a new dentist after I moved as I loved my old dentist. To my delight, I am glad as Diamond Dental was incredible from beginning to end. Awesome staff, service and everyonenis friendly and cordial. Great dentistry and everything is explained thoroughly. I will definitely recommend this place tp my family and friends. Looking forward to my next visit!

This place is all about money… I have insurance and the guy manny explained me d procedure n the cost ($ 3000)… And after all said n done here they come and saying i have to pay this much coz my insurance didn’t cover it. i have no choice and paid almost $ 7000 for my procedure that is not in my budget because they already start d process. but before that i keep asking him if my insurance will cover it and he assured me that yes insurance cover it. And later on next visit he’s asking d full price this guy is not doing his job checking insurances covered or not. he needs to get fired!!!

Would rate above 3 but less than 4 as coming from Bay Area in CA I know good dentists are hard to find. Good is nice personable staff, you are not kept waiting and since I was in need of a deep cleaning it was comfortable and thorough and for sure the best ever done on my teeth even though it cost me $ 912! (have Fed retiree standard B/​C insurance which doesn’t cover much dental.) Minus is the exam process is a little mysterious with your Xrays and tooth ratings displayed and after just presents you with treatments they recommend, and in my case in addition to the deep cleaning wanted to replace 2 crowns costing anywhere from $ 1000 to $ 1600 additional total. talk to the dentist and go over your exam in detail and ask lots of questions as she was great. When I found out there was no real verified evidence of decay in the 2 teeth with crowns we settled on a plan to monitor. All that said I trust this dental team and will keep them as my Vegas dentist.

My insurance covered xrays, dental exam and cleaning. (I verified before I made the appointment, and told them, too.) Great. BUT, after 1 ½ hours I was told to come back later in the day for the cleaning, because they couldn’t get hold of the insurance company to verify coverage. So, a couple hours later I called them to see if they verifyed. They said that their dentist says «a deep cleaning» is needed, and that isn’t covered. Only a basic cleaning is covered. They offered a payment plan. NO! I just need a basic cleaning, which is covered. Well, I didn’t get anywhere with them, as they insisted I could not get a basic cleaning. So, after all that time spent, I did not get a cleaning. (They could’ve just told me all this before I even went there and wasted my time!!) I’ve never experienced anything this unprofessional in all my 54 years. All they want is your money. Just because you drive by this place, and it’s convenient, does NOT make this a good place to go. Keep looking elsewhere. SCAM. Don’t let the «nice» front office girls fool you.

I hate going to the dentist, so I haven’t in years. I schedule a day-​of appointment at Diamond Dental and received an appointment time of just an hour later. I was seen immediately upon check-​in. Stephanie and Manny are wonderful techs. Dr. Haslem is incredibly kind and clear in his work and answers to questions. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so comfortable at the dentist’s office before. The whole staff is great, and everything was covered on my dental plan, besides the very affordable fluoride treatment. Already scheduled my next appointment, and I plan to have my wisdom teeth removed here, as well. I’m so glad I found this place!

They are a nice clean dental office. But they are pricy. They over charged me on the crowns and fillings. I’m now going to a different dental office and paid almost 75% less for the porcelain crown. They want you to come every 4 mons to do a cleaning so they can charge you. The insurance company only covers 1 cleaning every 6 mons. I regularly go to the dentist and like to keep up with my cleaning and whatever necessary work I need to get done, I do. But I definitely recommend gettint a second opinion which I never did and I regret it. Would not recommend this place. There are many dental offices in Vegas, don’t come here.

This place all about taking your money. Not the service. This is the first time I went there. Doctor told me I need a deep cleaning and give me a quote for $ 620. This is with the insurgence. When I say no, they give me a another quote for $ 320. I said i only need a regular cleanup which is free with my insurance. Then they say I only can get it for this time only, because I didn’t want to do a deep clean for $ 320. And they still gonna charge me $ 25 saying I have to get this better cleaning session cos I decline the deep cleaning. I have done a deep cleaning from my previous dentist for only $ 50. This place push you to get unnecessary treatments so they can charge you more.

Easy scheduling, convinient hours, affordable prices, WONDERFUL service. Will return, and will refer my family and friends.

I had a wonderful experience at this dentist office. The staff is so awesome and personable. Dr. Davis is friendly and he explained everything to me and addressed all my questions & concerns. He actually took the time to get to know me and talk to me like a person. The dental assistant was so friendly and overall everything was great. I got my teeth cleaned and it was no painful! YAY! I already have a treatment plan in place and it was explained to me carefully and I confident I can get my gums back to good health. They did pressure me to get things that I did not need done. They understood my financially situation. I left there feeling great. I told my mother all about this office and my experience because she is looking for a new dentist. I told her she must go here!

DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST OFFICE
After receiving treatment on February 2013 and being told I had paid for all the expenses that my insurance didn’t cover before completing treatment… I received a bill 6 months later for 586 dollars. I contacted your office and was told on the phone that the reminder wasn’t covered by my insurance. I then contacted my insurance and they inform me they had paid your office. I again, contacted your office and the person on the phone told me the bill was taken care of and that I didn’t have to worry about it.
Today, I checked my credit score and realized diamond dental sold my bill to a collections agency and I was sent to COLLECTIONS for 584 dollars that I was told it had been paid. I have a perfect credit score and this won’t affect me in any way but it’s offensive to me that it will be showing this ridiculous bill that I would’ve paid for if I wasn’t told it had been taken cared of.
Complete absurd how your office has handled this and I am appalled. I will be contacting the better business bureau about this. And I will also make sure to go into every social media to let other patients know what kind of shady dentist office diamond dental is all about .
Not only your office don’t know how to manage your accounts but I was in bed rest for two weeks after my wisdom teeth was removed. I looked like I had been beat up badly. Almost a year later, I still have a lot of pain from the horrible job they did removing my wisdom teeth .
Just the worst dentist experience, in every sense of the way.

I was sweating like a fat man in sauna just thinking about the dentist since it had been years from the last time I’d gone back. I saw the awesome deal here on Unilocal for a cleaning and exam for only $ 59. WOWZAH! So I saw this as my opportunity to stop dodging the dentist because of a reoccurring toothache I’d been experiencing for months.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist that easily took me through signing paperwork. To put me in a lighter mood, they were playing Little Rascals on the tube. It wasn’t long before Armando, the dental assistant (?), called me to the back to do my x-​rays. Everyone was extremely nice and comforting. Not to mention the fact that I couldn’t shut up about how long it had been since I’d gone to the dentist.
After examining my x-​rays, Dr. Guideng eased my mind about any serious cavities I thought I had. So they went to work on my teeth. Everything was less dreadful than I thought. Dr. Gudeng and the entire staff were extremely professional and comforting. I say take advantage of the sweet deal they have going on here. Especially if you’re having fears or doubts about who to go to. These are your people.
