Star Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry

Customer service is a major reflection on what type of business you run. Starting from that first call to make an appointment! Your staff needs to learn some respect! After a rude encounter with just the front desk staff I do not trust they have the best interest in my sons well being.

Dr. Crystal is a great doctor. She is caring and really loves working on children. Do not take your kids to absolute that was a horrible experience. We will be returning in 6 months for exams. The appointment for my kid was seamless from start to finish.

Just recently came here for my daughter’s very first dental appt (a little over 3yo), and I was very happy with how it went. The dental hygienist was very patient with my LO… esp during the xray portion. She wasn’t able to get the back teeth, but didn’t push the issue or try to force it.
Dr Crystal was also really patient with my LO, and seemed like a really nice dr/​dentist. We’ll definitely be coming back here for our pediatric dental needs.
This is pretty common it seems at most dentists now, but they had the tv screen on the ceiling thing, and a selection of movies for the kiddos to choose from (and of course they had Frozen if your LO is still into that movie, like mine!).
The only thing, is the waiting room is a little small, and if they’re busy can feel pretty tight.
Overall though, a great experience.

Really an amazing overall dentist. We found them after a horrible experience with a dentist off bonanza. Star’s waiting room was clean and had tablets for the kids. You can go with your kids to meet and talk with the dentist Crystal Bill DMD was amazing. My son was able to watch TV that was above him and she was so patient with not only my son but me as well. I will recommend them again and again.

Been going here for almost a year now for regular cleanings and fillings. Dr. Crystal did three of my fillings flawlessly and even fixed some paid I had after one started to bother me. I recently started on my journey of getting braces and Dr. Davis ran me though the whole process of getting braces, tightening, and even payments. I’m a month into my braces and couldn’t be happier about getting my smile up to perfect. Super friendly and cooperative staff. Highly recommend!

Star Orthodontics has the nicest office staff I have ever encountered in an medical establisent! My kids had a bad expirence with a different dentist but, Dr. Bill has definitely changed their dental perspective!!! I do wish that they were open for evening appointments however, they are worth it :)

Dr. Davis is super professional and very knowledgable. His staff is always upbeat and very good about reminding me about my appointments. The office is always clean and has a very cool vibe. Is recommend their service to family and friends.

They played a Kenny Loggins song while I was here. I liked that. Took me back to the day when I saw ol Kenny back in ’87 in Memphis. He put on one hell of a show. Afterwards I got to meet him and I must say, he was a true guy. Really passionate about his music.
