Diamond Events & Catering

My husband and I worked with the owner, Maurice, and his assistant, Nick, for our wedding. From the beginning of our interaction, Maurice and the team made sure to listen to our needs and what we were trying to depict on our special day. During the process, they met with us sporadically in case any changes were made. Without thought, my husband and I changed our diet mid planning to vegan and gluten free, which made us have to change some of the meal courses for our wedding. Without hesitation, Maurice and Nick worked very hard to make my husband’s and my meal special for us two as well as our wedding cake. Hardly anyone recognized that our wedding cake with Vegan & Gluten Free – we were so thankful for this accommodation!
On the day of, Nick took charge and organized the courtyard beautifully for our wedding. He and his team made sure to take over any changes or needed lead while my husband and I relaxed on our special day.
Overall, this service was exquisite! I highly recommend this company for any events that you choose to plan. Their professionalism and punctuality makes any event planning run smoothly.

Maurice Thank you for making my 40^th Birthday beautiful, your team did a great job setting up seating for 50 in the courtyard, an Arbor and podium, and a tent in the side garden along with tables and chairs around the pool. It was spectacular. Everything was a success. Memory of a lifetime. Thank you I highly recommend Maurice and Diamond Events!

Maurice and his team were FANTASTIC! Our wedding could not have been as great without them. We chose a non-​typical wedding venue so we had to bring in everything in ourselves (tables, chairs, china, etc.). Maurice and his team did everything! They brought in the tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, aisle décor, lighting… EVERYTHING! Maurice accommodated every single request with no complaints. He even filled my request for last minute string lighting above the dance floors. Everything was set-​up exactly how I imagined it, and it was cleaned up according to venue specifications.
The food was also delicious! I received several compliments about all the food that was served. They even served sandwiches during cocktail hour that were not part of the Hors d’oeuvres menu at no additional cost. Maurice prepared everything exactly as discussed. He allowed for two taste testing before the wedding and prepared a variety of dishes for us to choose from.
Maurice also provided our bar. We had open beer and wine with a cash option for hard liquor. There was a larger selection of beer than expected, which was great! We expected about 3, but I think there was more like 5 – 6. My only complaint is that at one point they ran out of Moscato wine, but they quickly fixed it and got more.
Maurice responded to all my questions in a timely manner, and he was always willing to meet in person if needed. All in all I had a great experience with Diamond Events and would definitely use them again.

Maurice was so great to work with and the food was AMAZING! I was planning a small wedding (12 – 15 people) and I searched several different catering companies before I thankfully found Diamond Events & Catering. I probably drove him crazy with all of my emails but he was always quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. He was prompt on delivery and pick up, and set up everything nicely. The wedding party and guests commented several times on how much they enjoyed the food. I highly recommend the Chicken Cordon Bleu, it was awesome! I highly recommend Diamond Events and will use them for all of my future events!

Maurice and the rest of the Diamond Events staff are the best. Back in 2007, my now wife and I were searching high and low to find a place for our wedding. We had just moved to Vegas the previous year, and were not familiar with what our options were, as we did not want to do a Vegas style wedding at a chapel or casino, but we also didn’t want to have to pay an arm and a leg for the wedding. When we first met with Maurice, we were very impressed. He had tons of experience planning weddings and other events, and was able to give us multiple options that were in our price range.
What we liked best was that Diamond Events provided everything! They booked our location, provided us an officiant, coordinated the DJ, Florist, Cake, and provided the tables, equipment, and the catering. Throughout the process, Maurice and his staff answered our questions, soothed our fears.
Unfortunately, even with the best laid plans, things went awry. Before the wedding, the florist/​DJ became ill, and with little time left before the wedding, Diamond Events was able to arrange replacements. Additionally, on the day of the wedding the photographer had a family emergency and was unable to attend. Diamond Events was not able to get us another photographer, but they made some other accommodations for us that still made the day one we will never forget.
Even though there were some circumstances that could have negatively effected the day, Diamond Events stepped up to the plate and made our day very special. Maurice, his staff and associates were all fantastic, and we could have not asked for anything more.
I will say that we have been to one other wedding done by Diamond Events since ours, and even though it was 6 months after our wedding, the catering and bar staff remembered us, and congratulated us. This is not something you get everywhere.
I would and do highly recommend Diamond Events for any and all events.
